Situated poolside in New York’s Hudson Valley, this 36' x 40' Lenox Carriage Barn has it all: living room, home gym, sauna, guest quarters, bathroom, laundry room, loft, and 2-car garage. Solar panels on the lean-to side of the barn help provide power to the barn. The interior of the barn is all timber framed, with authentic mortise & tenon joinery using oak pegs instead of nails. An 18' reverse gable dormer creates even more room upstairs in the loft. Beautiful landscaping surrounding the barn & pool creates a relaxed scene for all those who enjoy the Carriage Barn.
