Jeff, I just adopted 3 strays from the city pound. $125, sandboxes, litter, food, toys scatching posts feeding trays, water fountain... about another few hundred. Wellness checks in 4 days time.. $$$.

@@guardianangel9517 my point being, you still have a lot more expenses nowadays. Used to be, you came home with a kitten/ puppy, and the back yard was its toilet, chasing a ball/walks/ human interaction, were it's entertainment. Food was cheap, tinned or dry, and you took it to a vet if badly injured somehow, or old and needing to be put down. Pets have become a Huge industry over the years, and that "free" pet, just isn't now.
IF I owned a Starbucks, I would NOT let Joe Biden anywhere near the register!!! 😂😂😂
