Remember only a few hours earlier, he'd been performing in Germany at a gig, and had already recently done more before that one. He's never really gone away, maybe went a bit quiet from the music industry for a while (well as quiet as he possibly could do lol) but it's not as if he'd retired or went shit etc. And so had something to prove in some way....
CS Liam has failed at the post oasis band really bad and quite music for a few years and his girl talked him into giving it one more try and boom Liam is now as big as ever while Noel has to just open for people now when Liam is selling out 50,000 seat shows all by himself. So to go from nothing to that is a huge comeback. Also had the top selling album in the UK
