The West Highland Way (Scottish Gaelic: Slighe na Gàidhealtachd an Iar) is a linear long-distance route in Scotland. It is 154 km (96 miles) long, running from Milngavie north of Glasgow to Fort William in the Scottish Highlands, with an element of hill walking in the route. The trail, which opened in 1980, was Scotland's first officially designated Long Distance Route, and is now designated by NatureScot as one of Scotland's Great Trails. It is primarily intended as a long distance walking route, and whilst many sections are suitable for mountain biking and horseriding there are obstacles and surfaces that will require these users to dismount in places.

You did look a bit tired last night. A nine hour train ride? Can you have a proper lay down on the train or do you have to sit the whole way home? Look out for your leg health and walk around the train frequently. It’s been a great adventure so far. Thank you Liam!

Did the whw many years ago and looking to do it again soon. Noticed you camped next to the stone bridge. I remember camping on it with my old man about 30 yr ago. It was pelting it with rain and it was the only place we could get as it was getting dark.
Yet again brilliant stuff and slightly quieter than the first one of yours I saw (middle of the M62 near Leeds). Can’t wait for part three and thanks for the entertainment.

Cracking video mate , my late dad did the west Highland way a few years back , always spoke highly of it , specially the devil's staircase near glencoe , he's also stayed at the bridge of orchy Hotel. Ive also been up that way , beautiful part of the world , cheers for sparking some memories of chatting to dad about his westhighland walk

Thanks mate, i mainly use the Ulanzi mt-44 but for this trip i took the slightly smaller mt-34 👍🏼

How do you find the katadyn b3 ? Beautiful place liam, great and green gable lol, did you come across any midges ? Definitely looking at that hike, midges putting me of slightly mate, how lucky you are with that weather mate, I camped on the devils staircase at glencoe a few years ago and thought it was awesome, take care pal, in a bit lol
I haven’t watched the full video yet but a quick scroll through seems to show you eating fairly low calorie food together with tasty ‘junk’ food.
