Nice one mate 👍that looked like a great way to spend the night, and no faffing about 😊 about 20 years ago, my mate and I went down to Dorset for a weekend sea fishing, we kipped in the car and woke up having parked right in front of a massive sign that said "strictly no overnight parking" 😂 take care Liam and God bless you mate 🙏🙏😊💪

There was indeed graffiti on the monument, at the very top you could see a giant peace sign in white. Not many people have the brains to not foul up a nice public place.

There's been a giant CND sign painted on the monument that has been there decades.
Loving the old graffiti carved in the stone. Its like York Minster. People in the 16th 17th century leaving their tag.

28:46 - also parked my motorbike there overnight for a camp. Had the police ringing me the next day to see if I was still alive as the lady living at the house nearby wondered if I had jumped in the res with a weighted rucksack or that the bike was stolen or something that evening... First thing the Police said on the call was 'You're not in any trouble' and were essentially calling just to complete a welfare check. Six months+ later on another camp in the area, the lady recognized my motorbike and apologized for ringing the police! Go figure.
I just joined ! You are living the life I wish I would have done after tearing right knee nearly in 2 in a snow skiing accident. Quit downhill for just a little cross country when I wanted. Still hiked but nothing steep or long at all.

Just started watching working my way through the videos , I'm at low moor and the chainbar video got me watching .always wonderd what it looked like in there lol.
As for this one we went up there last year but from opposite side had to climb up a huge hill .
Not used to walking we was all knackered by time we got uo there ..

I use an observation tower for my escapes between work. It’s on top of a hill surrounded by forest but you get 360 view including sunset and sunrise from my hammock. It’s 15 minutes from work and it’s perfect

Ive done that same exact trek up to Stoodley Pike from Withins Reservoir - i used to live in nearby Ripponden. Ive still to visit the 'highest beach in UK' which is very close to this - Gaddings Dam i think its called.

big wooded area to the back of it as well, though when we went up we couldnt find anywhere that wasnt a ditch so bailed. sure theres some spots in there somewhere though
