(Serves - 4)
Ingredients:
Ghee (घी) - 1 tbsp
Makhana (मखाना) - 4 cups (100g)
Ghee (घी) - 1 tbsp
Gur (गुड) - ½ cup (125g)
Baking soda (बेकिंग सोडा) - ½ tsp
Sesame (तिल) - ¼ cup (35g)
Saunf (सौंफ) - 2 tsp
Salt (नमक) - a pinch
Black pepper (काली मिर्च) - ½ tsp
Ginger powder (सौंठ) - 1 tsp
Black salt (काला नमक) - 2 pinch
Cheese Makhana
Prep time - 10 mins
Cooking time - 10 mins
Serves - 4
Ingredients
Ghee (घी) - 1½ tbsp
Makhana (मखाना) - 4 cups (100g)
For Cheese Seasoning
Cheese, grated (चीज़) - 110 grams/ 1 cup
Turmeric (हल्दी) - ¼ tsp
Black salt (काला नमक) - ¼ tsp
Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) - ½ tsp
Chaat masala (चाट मसाला) - ¼ tsp
Black Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) - ¼ tsp
Salt (नमक) - ¼ tsp
Garlic powder (लहसुन पाउडर) - ¼ tsp
