How to make Perfect Classic Italian SANS RIVAL ( Almond Pistachio Sans rival) French Dacquoise

Almond Pistachio Sans Rival
Ingredients:
Meringue:
425 g egg whites
140 g granulated sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tartar (Optional)
For the : Flour mixture we need:
325 g Almond Flour
50 g crushed Pistachios
70 g Cake flour
355 powder sugar
Pinch salt
Bake to 350 F for 15 minutes until golden brown color
Honey Maple Buttercream
440 g Softened butter
50 g shortening
2tbs maple syrup/ Honey
1 lemon Zest and half of the lemon juice
Tsp vanilla
1/8 cup milk
3 cups powder sugar

Why soft peak stage, not stiff peak for meringue?
This French Dacqoiuse kind a different from the usaual meringue in sansrival.. if stiff peak mag cocolapse sya right away if you fold it with almond flour and other nuts..
Did you use an almond flour? How many grams and how many grams of ground pistachios? Coz u just mix it written in the description
Crushed the Pistachios and expensive so its just for sprinkle then 325 or 300 grams of almond flour..

How can you make the sans rival ‘makunat’ please? Thank you.
This RECIPE IS NOT THE SAME IN PINAS I MADE THIS USING ITALIAN STYLE DACQUOISE meringue. If you want na hindi makunat let it stay a bit longer in the oven until crispy thats the time you pulled out ur meringue.. i would say 2 to 3 hours in low temp until brown color. instead 350F make it 200F
