- I picked up this Daihatsu Copen kei car as my new Daily!
It has a tiny 660CC Turbo engine!
Crazy little car to drive and its a convertible

Now that’s a hot🔥 wheels 🛞convertible car I love it. For my opinion it gives the Mercedes Benz SLK competition. I love the sound the engine made when you rev it. Sounds like a real fast and furious car 👍👍😎😎

It has a 4 cylinder 659cc turbo engine developed by Yamaha, so it's pretty much a bike engine, not unlike the R6, except for lower power and torque curves.

I had one , absolute nightmare to change the oil and filter , wing has to be removed , so sold it and bought the 13000 , no problem to service it
This thing was up for ages, I enquired a good while back (I believe it was up for 3500 at that stage). I believe the previous owner put RUclips videos up of it too 😂
Ye i think it was up for over 6 months 😂 i did have to buy it without a test drive due to covid hence the price i paid. He has a full write up on a copen forum of the car

He was a sound guy and i could see all the work he done over the years, loads receipts even has a new exedy clutch fitted 1,000 miles ago. Great craic to drive hopefully good weather this summer 😂

Hey its deadly to see someone else with one in Ireland we a few and fair between theres only 15 of us in Ireland that car is solid they guy put a few nice parts into it...I think I followed you on Instagram if your trying to get parts I can send you a few directions
funny actually I tried to get parts of of the car before he sold it but tbh its nicer to see it stay in one piece

Putting in my comment, as I bought mine in Mulligar last year. Rotten enough but everything works! Will be getting the welder to it over Easter.

Id prefer an mx5 haha but insurance is incredibly cheap on this car. I wont be able to get insured on a mk1 until im 25
Really? I'm 27 and my 1.8 MX-5 is "only" £570 a year to insure, I'm struggling to justify the tax at the moment (£260ish) so I'm thinking of putting it in the garage or just sell it on
No one will give me a classic policy over here until im 25 for a mk1, i could get insured on a mk2 again as i was before byt insurance would be over 1k and tax for a 1.8 litre here is 640 euro i think so alot more money than what im currently paying
