Fritz, thanks for your honesty, authenticity, and willingness to share your story. So glad you were able to rise above your chaotic childhood. Bill is lucky to have you as a husband. 💗
We have a 38 year age gap and we've been together for over 10 years! We were so lucky to meet each other and for the first year we were able to keep up a long distance relationship. Age gap relationships are not for everyone, but it sure works for us.
Fritz, your emotional intelligence if off the charts, probably (definitely) not because of your birth family background but because you've been open to non-traditional relationships and you were flexible about how they developed. And, you must have made mostly good choices and accepted a certain amount of cosmic fate. And lastly you tell your story with modesty and gratitude.
Downright fascinating Fritz on a Taboo topic for some. Brilliantly told, Thank you for your bravery in telling and "Peace enjoyment love and pleasure ," to you both.
Thank you for sharing this story. I can relate to it. From an early age, I knew I was attracted to grown men. By age 10, I fantasized about finding an older man for romantic and sexual companionship. Thankfully, it never happened. But it was such a miserable and lonely experience, growing up with these feelings. I couldn't realize at the time that I was really seeking the validation of an older man, a mentor who could truly know me and tell me I was okay. At age 18, I began having sexual relationships with men of all ages, including men in their 50's-60's. Older men attracted me in every way, and they still do.
You are so refreshing to listen to … I admire your honesty. I had many older guys who helped me … and befriended me … along my journey of discovery. I loved their maturity and their knowledge … which I found intoxicating and wonderfully attractive. I had only positive experiences. Good luck to you and your husband my friend.
When I was young, my dad had this friend called Andrew, and he was a carpenter. Andrew was very tall, covered in hairs and thick muscled. As a child, I remember peeping at him through the curtains, as my heart would beat so fast just looking at him. I ALWAYS looked forward to seeing him. Also, my dad was an alpha male and a captain in the military. He was strong, very fit, and well disciplined. I was really scared of him growing up, and we didn't have a great relationship. Now, as an adult, I am very much attracted to older men like my dad and Andrew. And if they are not older, I like them tall, thick, and strong. Maybe I'm single cos they're all taken .😂
@lgbtqarchives Yes. He always knew about me because i was quite feminine as a child as well as very soft and affectionate. And it angered him that i wasn't as aggressive and tough as he was (funny enough, my sisters took after him). I was born and raised in Africa (Nigeria), and though my dad lived in America as a bachelor, he was still your typical African father. Thankfully, in my early 20s, before he passed, he came around and gave his approval in his own way.
Oh yeah, my freshman university biology professor was the man who was my "oh shit so THIS is what I'm into" epiphany. A decade later ended up marrying a man 19 years older than me who looked a little like that professor. Those impressions are strong enough to feel like an orientation to me. Thanks for sharing!
Wonderful story, thanks for sharing Fritz. I'm fairly much in the same boat, was always attracted to older guys. Been with my man now for 30 years, he's 25 years older than me. Had our civil partnership on our 12th anniversary. Caring full time for him now. Absolutely get how when you're still young it can be problematic. Age of consent growing up in Ireland was 21. I was 20 when I met my 1st long term bf who was 27 years older than me. Stay well.
I am 71 years old, men a guy that I flirted with. He is a nice attractive guy, he flirted back after several weeks he and I started to meet and talk and take walks. It was fun and he talked about how he was attracted to younger men. I moved and he wanted to keep in touch. I felt I was loosing him. So I asked him to be my boyfriend. And we ate together on his days off, sex is good and he and I take care and support each other. He is 42, the sMe age as my kids. But we see that not a problem. We make eachother happy, and supportive and we make a connection over or past a generation gap. I’m not your average 72 year old, Don’t know what the future holds but as things are going along smoothly. We are going forward.
When I met the young guy who would become my second partner, I also carded him. He was 21, but looked 15... I was 41 then. He pursued me relentlessly. We were together for nearly 7 years. We broke up when he wanted to move to Canada, and I didn't. He moved to Canada in 2004... I've been single ever since. I've tried to date men close to my age, but we never clicked...younger men always pursued me, but I was hoping to find someone closer to my age who would hopefully want a lifelong relationship....alas, it hasn't happened. Now, at 67, I'm content with being single..
Thanks for your story. It’s nice to hear this. I met my spouse when I was 21. He was 36. I’m 55 now and we are still together. It hasn’t been easy but it has been worth it. He is having serious health issues and that has been hard and I know that time is limited so I draw closer and closer to him and savor these days. Life is short.
Such a rollicking, sexy tale - thank you! I always liked older men too, but when I met my life partner - who looked older - it turned out he was a month younger than me!!
Fritz, that was one wonderful video presentation. I lapped up every word of your story and was encouraged in ways that are difficult to describe. Like you, I was brought up in a chaotic household with catholic overtones and no role models whatasoever. Back in 1973 at 18, I was out of there never to look back. My family memories are far from pleasant which also goes for my two other gay brothers (three gay boys, no girls). Today I find myself in a single situation after ending a 19-year relationship that was not ideal -- no really good sexual intimacy. Fortunately, we are very dear friends today. Today at age 69, I'm wondering what life holds for me in the way of a loving relationship. I'm feeling lonely and put out to pasture.

Much the same story here as yours in the vid, although you were much more accomplished as a young man than I was...i didn't really turn that corner until my 30's...way too much emotional baggage from childhood I had to get over. Anyway, now that I'm in my mid 60's, I've turned another corner where I'm now interested in younger men, maybe 20's, where I can be the older role model. Sex too of course. Not In a manipulative way...more just excited to see a young man on his way up and help in any way as well as having some romance. Also, there's something about intergenerational sex that is so hot...i loved it as a young man and I love it now from the other side. Lastly, it is true what you say about red hair...i hated it as a kid, with my pearly white skin that always burned in the sun,, but once i discovered how fetishized it was, I made very good use of it! Lot of gray in the drapes and carpet now tho lol
Thank you for an interesting story and journey. My case was kind of the opposite, as I came out to my daughters, they asked me to never date a young man, their age. I promise that I won't, but failed horribly, as I felt for a 20 years younger than me. The problem was that I felt for this man, but he didn't, leaving me with a heart broken. Years later I learned to appreciate that this happened as he was not, absolutely not a good fit for me. Today we are friends, but that it is all. Eventually I married a guy 2 years younger than me, and we have been together for 9 years. Thank you for sharing....

I'm in a 33 year age gap relationship I'm 57 and my husband is 25. He was 21 when we met. I'm into young guys and he's into older men and somehow it's all working out. We are both in love with each other and happy. It was a Grinder hookup that turned out great.
That is a pretty big age gap. I would've loved to interview you and learn about the dynamic of your relationship and the tips you might have to sustain a loving relationship. Congratulations! Happy to know you guys turned a casual hookup into a meaningful relationship.
I was born in 1961 and went into foster care at age 2 never to be adopted, I'm 63 now. I've always been attracted to older submissive men since age.... about 11 or 13. I had sex with an older boy if you count being molested at age 6, he was 14. In any case, I never had sex with anyone under 60s. I never had any issues with it and my very good friends knew I was gay and were groovy with it. My first sex date was with an Episcopalian priest he was in his late 50s or early 60s. We didn't date, so on to other men, lol. Today my partner of 31 years is 83 and, again, I'm 63. GREAT life, it's been an open relationship for those 31 years. All is good, once I hit 60s I am happier and enjoy men my age now and much older, wink.
Wow! I absolutely loved listening to your story!!! I was so attracted to my friends Dad down the street from us!!! I loved watching him mowing their lawn in his tight jeans & boots & bare chested!!!! Friggin hot!!!! I’m happy for you that you are happy!!! Would love chatting further with you!!!
I've always been attracted to older men too. My husband is 18 yrs older than me and we've been together almost 42 yrs. People tell me he's a father figure because my father was out of the picture. I'm like ok.
I could see how that could possibly make you feel uncomfortable though. I mean the fact that some people want to call your husband your father figure. Something about that... . I don't know, maybe it's not so bad. Just a personal thing I guess.
It's been rough until recently because I've been sheltered most of my life and I'm not out to my family. I live on my own now so started to date recently, so it's better now.
That was an interesting video focusing on the relationship with older man. I am kinda one of the kind though. When I was a kid I didn't have any time to have even a chat with my father. My father has been always away from me I don't know why. When I was an elementary student I had a crush on the teacher in class at the school. Ever since back then. Now I am 57 years old and am old now but guy with silver hair most likely turns me on that way. It's one of my secret fetish. I am single already and funny thing is that some people meet at a gay bar say it to me like you seem to be married. And some random people talk I hear like sombody is just right in front of me. Isn' t that funny ? The point they are trying to make is that somebody you really like my fantasy man is next to you and he is older man. Is it pleasure good enough ? I think I'm paid for that.
Yes, Isherwood and Bacardy had a relationship that no one else approved of (especially because when it started Bacardy was 18 but could pass for 15!). They stayed together through Isherwood's death and Bacardy continued to live in the same Santa Monica canyon house and developed into a very successful portrait painter. In short, their relationship benefitted both of them tremendously.
@@robbriner9575 Isherwood's notoriety enabled Bacardy to meet the stars in his orbit like Tenessee Williams, E.M.Forster, Igor Stravinsky, Capote, et al. Bacardy had issues negotiating a different plane of consciousness and existence, but learned from it, and eventually found his métier as an artist. His pencil drawings are amazing!
@@hori166 Like all GREAT couples in history, Isherwood and Bacardy contributed to each other and doubled the value of their separate experiences. (And, like all great couples, they disregarded doubts and disapproval of others, gay and straight, about their age difference).

Apparently that was his thing. Even a 20 year old aged out for him, but that's a different conversation. Fritz is trying to make a point here. For the most part, discussions about age-gap relationships focus on the younger individuals trying to take advantage of the older ones in the relationship. However, it could just as easily be the other way around.
There is no longer any threat to Sam. I wouldn’t publish if I thought there was. “Wisconsin, like most states, has different limits depending on the type of crime involved. For example, misdemeanor charges have a three-year time limit for filing, while most felony charges have a six-year statute of limitations. There is no statutory limit on murder charges.”

Another engaging episode. Thank you. ❤
Met Don who was a 72 year old when I was 40. He passed last year at almost 94. We got married in 2008. Take care of your Bill...
Thanks for your openess
Thanks for sharing❤️
It's 16 in most other western type countries like in Australasia.
Dude You Sound So HOT
i can relate to your sssssstory
I've always been attracted to older men too. My husband is 18 yrs older than me and we've been together almost 42 yrs. People tell me he's a father figure because my father was out of the picture. I'm like ok.
I could see how that could possibly make you feel uncomfortable though. I mean the fact that some people want to call your husband your father figure. Something about that... . I don't know, maybe it's not so bad. Just a personal thing I guess.
Christopher Isherwood, 48 and Don Bacardi, 18. together 30 years until Isherwood's death.
🤩👍👍👍
I always admire older men very similar. I always thought something was wrong with me, thanks, im not alone at last,❤❤❤❤❤❤
Im attracted to older too. I was raised Christian.
How's been your experience overall so far?
It's been rough until recently because I've been sheltered most of my life and I'm not out to my family. I live on my own now so started to date recently, so it's better now.
@@its_eli I understand. Hopefully one day when the time comes, you'll share your life experiences with the community.
@@AaronSebastian-w1t There are a lot of gay people who are in loving relationships. I understand getting there is not easy, but they're out there.
@@AaronSebastian-w1t I believe so. Fingers crossed.
I would never even look at a teenager.... I'm not going to jail for nobody .
How about an older man
Chris & Don: A Love Story, about the 30-year relationship between the author Christopher Isherwood (Cabaret) 48, and Don Bacardy, 18.
By the time l was in my thirties l'd concluded guys in their twenties were of no interest to me - same for too much older. With few exceptions I am most comfortable with people when we've shared similar life experiences. My late partner, my two closest friends and l are close to the same age. Maybe because l grew up without siblings l like having brothers and sisters!
That would be the majority of people and then you have those with less common preferences. This is definitely one of those situations.
Thanks for the video, I would never go for an old man.
Maybe you will when you become an old man? 😂
@@lgbtqarchives I have already closed up shop if you know what I mean. 🙏😊

Bet "Sam" learned a lot from his predicament.
That's definitely a dangerous territory.
I am only viewing. I am a sexual and in my mind 2 people can have sex in front of me and I don't care also 4 people I feel the same way. I look and I don't care about sex are the way a man 👞👞 or a woman 👠👠 looks like are doing in a sexual way or ways all for real,. Thank you for the viewing of this video also for real,. Thank you Marie Victoria Valerie Victoria Guardino,. M.V.G.
Are you attracted to 70 years olds too
What exactly are you asking?
Oh so that older guy was a creep- after too young.
Apparently that was his thing. Even a 20 year old aged out for him, but that's a different conversation. Fritz is trying to make a point here. For the most part, discussions about age-gap relationships focus on the younger individuals trying to take advantage of the older ones in the relationship. However, it could just as easily be the other way around.
good answer
as far as the age gap is when you are just livin out your fantasy you just have to make sure he could keep it a secrect
i had the same issue when my freind got to be 22 cuz he was ready for a relationship
and i made the mistake of showing him how to please a older man
He could have ruined Sam for the rest of his life, and still could….
That was part of the story and one of the reasons why he wanted to talk about that.
There is no statutory limit on murder charges.”
you have to understand that you have alot to lose when you are taking a chance like4 that
but he was the one that came to me
i knew that he was into older men cuz i knew a man that he had been with
