Best laundry room that I have seen in a Long time! 👍 If I were to get a new home, it would Have To have a wood burning fireplace and an attached garage.
Unless it is clear there is a driveway on the kitchen/dining wall, and you want to use the back entry for groceries, I wouldn't put the patio door in the kitchen. There's really no patio to warrant a double sliding door. Move it to a single door in the laundry room, to double as a mud room for people with pets. Easier to dry off a dog on tile flooring that the wood in the kitchen.
I like your idea of eliminating the kitchen door and putting one in the laundry room instead. That's also handy for those who prefer to hang their clothes out to dry.
This is an attractive cottage with a craftsman feel. Although the entry into the diner/kitchen (the "family" entry) has hooks and a bench, the other one (for guests) needs the same. Ditch the artificial fireplace and there will be space for it. The kitchen has plenty of counter and storage, and there's a large laundry room. The bedrooms have good closet space, and I note that the master closet is double-depth. Overall, this is a good, practical plan!
It’s lovely outside but the inside needs to be rearranged. The dining room needs to be where the laundry is, the kitchen needs to slide up to where the dining was, and the laundry needs to be by the back door. This way the laundry becomes a mud room and you can’t hear the machines running in the living room. Also, you could have a more formal dining room.❤️🤗🐝
The outside of this home is gorgeous. I don't like the two front entrances, you could put a door by the side of where the dining room is where one would enter in from the left. Expand that kitchen area. You'd have to finagle the living room layout then. I'd swap the dining/kitchen around with the dining room by the patio doors. Love that laundry room area!
It hurts to see such beautiful home. I’m 68 and will most likely never experience what living in a nice home would be like. I love this place ! Is this for real? May I have this one? This would be the right gift for my 50 th wedding anniversary next year! Ps . I love houndstooth! Does that make it mind? 🥰
I agree about the 2 entrances to the the kitchen. I think the living room/ dining area needs a redesign. There is no place for a guest closet at the living room entrance. Guests would have to trudge through the living room and the dining room and then around the corner to find a place to hang coats. Eliminating the kitchen/diner front entrance would create an open concept living space. The guest coat unit from the kitchen entrance could then be fit into a more natural place near the main door. Then I would eliminate the front dining area of the porch. The dining room inside could be extended to the front, giving added space for a small buffet unit. An added back porch or deck area could become the outdoor eating/ entertainment area with easy access to the kitchen. Steps could lead off the porch in the same place it does now. It could access an added driveway, easy for unloading groceries directly into the kitchen. My biggest issue with this home is the decor. From the outside this home screams country cottage or country farmhouse. Inside, however, all the furnishings, finishes and decorative items are contemporary. A couple of baskets and iron items are the only nod to the exterior style of the house. That's just a matter finding an interior designer who can stay true to the houses's character and architectural style.
Nice house my only issue is the stove right next to frig with no counter space. You have to reach across to the other counter and holding something hot would not be fun.
Nice. But wouldn't it make more sense, since this is a one floor house. to make one of the front porch stair cases a handicap ramp, and the master bath to have a step in tub?
In general i like the floor plan there is a few things i would change.I Like more of an open floor plan. I like a sense of openness in a small space. But still a nice design.
This is a lovely house. I love the layout along with the porches. Was this AI ? I DID feel like the kitchen was straight out of The Jetsons, but otherwise, the staging made this home VERY attractive.
Whoever comes up with this stuff is really living high on society. I live in a 1000 sq ft home which is 287 sq ft smaller than this house. I would give anything for another 287 sq ft to live in!
After seeing the exterior, I was expecting a more country, farmhouse, primitive interior, but instead it looks sterile and not as homey as it could be.
For me, I wouldn’t want two entry doors just a few feet away from each other. (Kitchen and dining area being so close to each other, both don’t need an entry) I would have one in the living room, one in the dining area and put one that goes into the laundry room, making it into a mud room as well. Usually a sliding door goes out onto a patio/deck area, instead of just a small landing that goes directly to steps. If I had a sliding door in this place, it would be going to the dining area. As for the living room, I would get rid of the gas fireplace and put in an actual efficient wood stove. I would have to think about whether it went into a corner or if it would go where the gas fireplace is located. The one thing that I find a bit irritating with your designs, is the useless (to me, at least) small shelving you put in the bathrooms. Where are you suppose to keep your towels, t.p. and such? In the laundry room? Get rid of thise tiny shelves and put in a linen closet in the bathrooms. Either that or at least a cabinet that could hold at least a small supply of those things.
The only problem I could see was installing the range and microwave right next to the refrigerator. The heat right next to the cold can’t be a good thing.
I think it odd that this is staged as a house that is occupied, but I didn't see a light switch or wall plug anywhere. It's an attractive 2 bedroom home, and for those who aren't great at the math, it's 1287 square feet.
Something is missing were Real wood burning fireplaces and sink in the other bathroom I do not like the kitchen very nice but light fixture I do not like if I get the blueprints or something for the house I like to have built very comfortable

Wow! Much more room inside than I imagined from looking at the outside! I could live here!

I love this and could live in it easy.

I could live here for sure. Very nice layout.
It’s perfect! I love all of the wood!
I love the stacked tile in these homes!
Really nice house. I love the wall of bookshelves and cabinets in the living room,

Absolutely beautiful. The floor plan is so well thought out and spacious. I would love this cottage for my own. I love it!
Nice floor plan. When I see a video I like to see all the cabinet open to see the inside, in the bedrooms and kitchen.
Beautiful! Love laundry room with a sink, only thing extra I would have requested is a door to go out side.

This is the best house I've seen
it was a okay layout I would put a pocket door between the living room and the bedrooms, and put a half bath someplace
I live in a smaller space. this is cute.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Love the bathrooms and decor
Magnifique concept !!! J'adore 💕 beaucoup !!!💚💚💚💚
I really like this one. I might reconfigure a few things in the kitchen for my own preference but otherwise it checks all of the boxes on my list..❤
Nice I would die for something like that. Beautiful.
Beautiful 😍. I could move in tomorrow..

What I would give for this. In my dreams. Keep on dreaming❤
Does anyone else think this is AI, or is it just me?
It looks so fake!
@@marshaduncan6587 there is a program that you can use to create the look you would like. It’s very helpful for designers.
It’s a virtual tour, lots of agencies use this.
It’s a demo of a possible plan.
Of course it is. All productions like this are AI
Nice house my only issue is the stove right next to frig with no counter space. You have to reach across to the other counter and holding something hot would not be fun.
Very nice 👍👍
Love the outside but not the interior

Do you mean a step in shower in the master bath? I am retired now and rarely soak in the bathtub. I would rather have the bathrooms flipped.
@@stephaniekunce5192 Nope, I like a soaking tub, and a step-in one would be ideal.
Beautiful ❤
Even though I’d need to downsize greatly, I could live here
Outside country inside modern doesn’t feel right😢
Beautiful❤❤🎉🎉🎉😮
Beautiful Lil home! the only thing I would change is the sinks in master and guest bathrooms. Their too big with no counter space.
In general i like the floor plan there is a few things i would change.I Like more of an open floor plan. I like a sense of openness in a small space. But still a nice design.
Need awning on back door
Perfect
Would put a garage on back

👍👍✅💯😎 Entryway into living room needs the same as dining/kitchen. Otherwise great job 🎉
This is a very nice house. Quite attractive. The only thing missing is linen closets for the bathrooms which is a necessity. Great job otherwise.
Thank you!! 😊
I really like it.
nearly perfect ❤
❤❤❤

Oven next to fridge?
I’d have to have a step ladder to get to that microwave oven.
Works for me!!!! When can I move in? ❤❤❤❤❤ 10/10
Luv it!
No drawers in the kitchen, none, need drawers in a kitchen.
Take the wall out between living and dining areas. Or open it up somehow.
Lovely
Cudovito👏👏👏👍👍👍♥️
Very cute house.Where is it and how much.
Nice
After seeing the exterior, I was expecting a more country, farmhouse, primitive interior, but instead it looks sterile and not as homey as it could be.
Outside is cute, but decor inside is hideous…
Needs a garage.
Why 2 front entries?
Small rustic house looks great. I would like to know, in todays economy, how much would this set you back? Not California price!
Where can you see the house plan ..
For me, I wouldn’t want two entry doors just a few feet away from each other. (Kitchen and dining area being so close to each other, both don’t need an entry) I would have one in the living room, one in the dining area and put one that goes into the laundry room, making it into a mud room as well. How do we get the plans for these houses ? Can they be purchased?
Very interested but need to get the prices...can't find info anywhere in description. Please help!
Don’t see any heat or ac vents. Tv in den way too small
😊❤👍
❤❤❤
Who is the builder and what is the cost to purchase this small house.? Interested to buy thank you
How do you get the plans for these?
For some reason the kitchen cabinets looks institutional to me.
just like to know how much $$$ looking to downsize
Approximate price?
What's the price
Where do you find the prices of these houses?
The only problem I could see was installing the range and microwave right next to the refrigerator. The heat right next to the cold can’t be a good thing.
You know you could move doors etc. to make yours, think outside the box and create your own oasis
Are your home designs available for purchase, and if so, how can I purchase one of your floor plan designs?
Gather see back door off laundry room
How much does it cost do you have one build in the US or in state of Washington
So is this actually a house plan that you can buy? I don'tsee a link to buy the actual plans to build it.
I think it odd that this is staged as a house that is occupied, but I didn't see a light switch or wall plug anywhere. It's an attractive 2 bedroom home, and for those who aren't great at the math, it's 1287 square feet.
Kitchen cabinets ,counters and table too stark for me.Not cozy farm kitchen.Just my opinion.
Something is missing were Real wood burning fireplaces and sink in the other bathroom I do not like the kitchen very nice but light fixture I do not like if I get the blueprints or something for the house I like to have built very comfortable
My thoughts: Steps make it NOT accessible, should have solar panels, the kitchen is very large for a small family but the dining area is too crowded.
PRICING INFO?
Definitely AI
It kills me how there are so many plans that are 2 BR but they have a table that seats six or more.
Fake fireplace, no!
Why a fake fireplace? Put in a real one. Why 2 sets of stairs off the front porch? I use a cane, but can manage to walk 15 feet.
Too small
Awful color bad roof and no landscaping. Erin Napier help
So slow, wasn't that big of a house....
I hope the people who drew this thing reads all the comments about what is WRONG with this design. bad layout.
Bad kitchen layout
It's not functional
