ESPN not only needs to hire Tree but get him a permanent exemption that allows him to swear on air as much as he wants, at any time, without consequence.
The story goes ESPN hires a third-party that takes care of scheduling teams to play on TV. IMG's original opponent backed out so they had to find a last minute opponent to play IMG. Allegedly they asked 200 schools and only Bishop Sycamore said yes
Bishop Sycamore played my high school Tree. Funny seeing something not about the Cleveland Browns that I relate to on this channel. Glad you covered it this was certainly very strange to all of us in Northeast Ohio.
BS played my team (Massillon) last year. I saw that game and knew something was wrong with them. Mismatched equipment, lazy execution, etc. extremely sketchy program. Shame for those kids they need to get out.

I think one of the players for Bishop tore his ACL. The player that was laying in the end zone? I think he was wearing number 54 but I can't remember exactly. When I played I was in a similar situation as their QB. We didn't have a punter on the team so I threw passes and I punted the ball. As a special teams coach what did you think about them punting out of passing formations?

I followed high school football for several years when I lived out in Ohio, and the second I saw "Bishop Sycamore", I was like "Who the hell is that?" I know all the big schools that are good year in and year out. I lived close to Cincinnati so it was usually Colerain, Elder, St. Xavier, Archbishop Moeller, but you often heard about St. Edward in Cleveland. And there are a couple decent ones in Columbus and up in the NE, but the best ones are usually down by Cincinnati. I knew this had to be some fake team about 2 minutes after I turned the game on.
