I really like your bus it looks like it is brand new and it rides and sounds so quiet and so smooth👍 And I commend you for the thorough pre trip inspection you are good driver to care about the safety of your passengers and your equipment. I also think the Chicago skyline is most impressive sight with all those tall buildings and at night time would be cool to see the spectacular illuminations on tops of the sky scrapers😎 Did you get to eat at the downtown diner again the Chicken Fajita Skillet with pancakes that food looked really delicious😋 Thanks for posting another great video and I enjoyed to ride along.🚌
Yes, it's a 2020 MCI J4500! It's one of my favorites in the fleet. Driving is definitely a big responsibility to shoulder. I went home in the suburbs after finishing the route. Thanks for watching! 🙏
Nice Video. Our Prevosts have the light test system. I never use it. I guess you can't just teach an old dog new tricks. Lol. Keep making the videos and keep the shiny side up!
@@alblua I check them all, I just do it the old fashioned way! I am very old school. I rarely use a GPS, never use cruise...I barely accept automatic transmissions! But I enjoy watching your videos. You company has beautiful equipment! It is nice to see a younger person getting involved in our industry and doing a great job!
It's basically impossible to purchase a bus in the US with a manual transmission, practically every new bus sold has some form of an Allison B500! We are very fortunate to have a fleet maintained by hard-working technicians and wash crew :)
Great job! You've done a beautiful job with passengers and bus. But if somebody else is going to ask what is the little feller that is in the passenger seat back there! And I'm very glad to get to know you! I wish you and yours a very Happy Easter

Very nice! Do it like the Japanese does their checks with pointing and the よし!
Keep up the nice work!
Yes, I take inspiration exactly from them! Haha, I try to not speak on camera but the よし still comes out of my mouth 😅
Great video 😊 love the driving gloves, it shows that you care about what you are doing, very professional 👌
At the end of the day, the passengers pay my paycheck 😅
Now this a good bus driver!!! Checks everything out for safety for him and the passengers! You’re awesome man 😁
Thanks! 😊
@@alblua No problem thank you!!! 😁
Great video! Fun to watch.
What a pleasure to ride along with you to Chicago!
My pleasure! 😊
Happy Easter, Alblua!
Same to you!
I really enjoy your videos. You clearly love your job!
Thanks, I really do! 🙏

Haha, I'm mildly paranoid about having a light out so I will always use the light test features!

@@alblua Yes it is. I am in the US. I am just old enough to remember the sticks! Yes, same here. Maintenance is so important!
Wish I could have a chance to find and drive an old stick shift bus one day! It's on the bucket list

Happy Easter! He's the most important passenger on the bus 🤣
Great work bro!
Thanks!
Job great … it cared clean
Nice work. I know Chicago traffic is so bad. It’s so slow and too many cars! It’s not good enough for you.
It's a challenge in a bus for sure!
Great video. Can you show the descriptions at the bottom of the screen a few seconds longer. Thank you
I made them longer for this video, but I can see what I can do for the next one
What do you think of J Wang being your new boss at Peoria Charter??
He's always been my boss, just now he is in a higher position. James is a great person to work for and an awesome friend to have :)
Hey!
Hey! 👋
Wait do you have to go to the back to start it?
There's a regular ignition in the front of the bus, but most bus models have an additional starter switch in the back
Perhaps mounting the camera onto your chest would be more stable? Love the vid, though, and cool seeing the POV :D
Haha, my head is always looking for danger while driving 😅
@@alblua Always on a swivel ;-)
Is that your bike that you just pulled in for the bus shift?
Yes it's mine, 1983 Honda C70 :)
Cool bike!
