I love that I have a similar skin type to you, Penny, so there's no guess work. I'm in love with the Belei moisturizer! I never thought I'd give up my CeraVe PM (the funeral for it is tomorrow 😂😉). Adding some stuff to my Amazon cart, including that Honest Beauty Blush (I had no idea it was a cream)! I always look so blah trying to wear makeup in the spring and summer. Love fulvic acid, love the Elmis product. Shilajit is an ancient supplement used in Ayurvedic medicine and is phenomenal for your health. Penny, your skin is beautiful and so is your heart. Many thanks for sharing your expertise.
Before there was youtube and makeup tutorials and I knew nothing about makeup, I repurchased a single cover girl eyeshadow stick crayon in a bronze platinum color and smudged it on my eyelids, it's all I knew to do for over a decade and I got compliments whenever I did it, and now that I've learned about makeup and own tons of eyeshadows, that eye look is still instinctively my go-to.
Kind of the same here-I have SO many palettes and shadows and decent (sort of) skills and I still love the one and done crayon 😊

OMG Penn, I could have sworn you were early forties! Goals!!!! I do really like the Dr Jart Cicapair and is fab for rosacea but just wish it was a cruelty free brand. Aveeno - I use their baby shampoo and moisturiser daily but had no idea they had introduced one with spf60. I do hope I can get this in the UK 💚

Need to try that Ilia foundation/SPF. Extremely dry skin that does not play nice with any foundation I've tried yet.

I hesitate to buy these, because I'm not sure which products are safe, as in don't necessarily contain heavy metals. One of the product lines I encountered in a web search had some disheartening issues with the FDA. :/

I’m 55....and tried soo many things...I found her and was interested as I’m always looking... is there anyone who is my age who follows her and uses her product suggestions and gadgets for anti- aging that actually work? Not exactly a replacement (they are different antioxidants) but a great alternative! The thing to note with the vital earth is its PH is 7-7.8 (I tested mine and it was just under 7) so it’s a neutral PH but likely a little higher than the NIOD. Just something to note. I use it the same frankly-and if I want to use something low PH I just wait a few minutes. 😊

I am a beginner at derma rolling. Following your protocol at .25mm once a week. I rinse my face, apply copper peptide, apply growth factors, apply a retinoids, apply La roche -posay toleriane. Can I also use the fulvic mineral mist by Vital Minerals after derma rolling?

Please show us your KP protocol! I’m dying to improve my kP on the back of my arms.
I thought that in order to get the SPF stated on the bottle, you had to use at least 1/4 teaspoon for face, or 1/2 teaspoon for face/neck? So, that Ilia SPF serum really shouldn’t last forever if you’re using the recommend amount. Of course, if you’re just inside, it’s not that big of a deal, but I think it’s important to note.
I’m already using the Queen serum, but it looks like I might need to make a few more purchases!
Penny, have you tied the Le Mieux gel with the ZIIP device? I’m looking to save some money as the ZIIP gels are so expensive!!! I love the Touch and Queen products you turned me on to! Thanks so much
I have actually only used the ziip gel with the ziip device. I actually love that gel so much because you only put it on once and it lasts pretty much the entire session since It is very slippery and doesn’t dry out. I understand though it is expensive. I will test the Lemieux with the ziip but I do not see why it wouldn’t work just as well.❤️
