I thought that in order to get the SPF stated on the bottle, you had to use at least 1/4 teaspoon for face, or 1/2 teaspoon for face/neck? So, that Ilia SPF serum really shouldn’t last forever if you’re using the recommend amount. Of course, if you’re just inside, it’s not that big of a deal, but I think it’s important to note. I’m already using the Queen serum, but it looks like I might need to make a few more purchases!

Hi Penny! What is the difference between the Bradceuticals Gold serum and the Lifewave X39 patches? They both state that there is 60% Mesenchymal stem cells in their products. BTW Bradceuticals Gold is no longer sold on Amazon, only on EBay. Apparently someone accused them of selling the Bradceuticals Gold as used and not new. Thanks!
Not exactly a replacement (they are different antioxidants) but a great alternative! The thing to note with the vital earth is its PH is 7-7.8 (I tested mine and it was just under 7) so it’s a neutral PH but likely a little higher than the NIOD. Just something to note. I use it the same frankly-and if I want to use something low PH I just wait a few minutes. 😊 All that to say if that stuff matters to you 💜

I hesitate to buy these, because I'm not sure which products are safe, as in don't necessarily contain heavy metals. One of the product lines I encountered in a web search had some disheartening issues with the FDA. :/

Finally yay:) I have tried the sponge thing with foundation and just feel like I'm spreading bacteria and my clean fingers spread better anyway..I have an aveeno body sunscreen I use and feels nice works good so definitely upgrading to this higher spf
OMG Penn, I could have sworn you were early forties! Goals!!!! I do really like the Dr Jart Cicapair and is fab for rosacea but just wish it was a cruelty free brand. Aveeno - I use their baby shampoo and moisturiser daily but had no idea they had introduced one with spf60. I do hope I can get this in the UK 💚

I am a beginner at derma rolling. Following your protocol at .25mm once a week. I rinse my face, apply copper peptide, apply growth factors, apply a retinoids, apply La roche -posay toleriane. Can I also use the fulvic mineral mist by Vital Minerals after derma rolling?
I’m 55....and tried soo many things...I found her and was interested as I’m always looking... is there anyone who is my age who follows her and uses her product suggestions and gadgets for anti- aging that actually work? How old is she anyway? She has no site and can’t contact her directly so have to rely on you all for support. Hope to hear from someone as I’m thinking of doing Botox .
Do you recommend IPL photo facial for hyper pigmentation redness and sun spots? I get so overwhelmed by all these products, how and when to use, and cost.
Also, love your product recommendations. I bought faustina based on your review for facial erythema and I have also tested it on one of my feet for hair removal. It seems pretty effective for both so far. But there is one caveat that I should make: I have noticed that a few brands seems to sell an identical device. Mlay looks pretty identical and Gymax and a few others that I can't recall. So, I would think that it is a generic machine that multiple brands stick their logo on. It doesn't detract from its efficacy but it is something to note

This device seems to be more effective already. But yeah, in the likely case that they are all the same, it would probably make the most sense to look for the retailer who is selling the model for the lowest price

OMG Penn, I could have sworn you were early forties! Goals!!!! I do really like the Dr Jart Cicapair and is fab for rosacea but just wish it was a cruelty free brand. Aveeno - I use their baby shampoo and moisturiser daily but had no idea they had introduced one with spf60. I do hope I can get this in the UK 💚

I am a beginner at derma rolling. Following your protocol at .25mm once a week. I rinse my face, apply copper peptide, apply growth factors, apply a retinoids, apply La roche -posay toleriane. Can I also use the fulvic mineral mist by Vital Minerals after derma rolling?

Do you recommend IPL photo facial for hyper pigmentation redness and sun spots? I get so overwhelmed by all these products, how and when to use, and cost.
Also, love your product recommendations. I bought faustina based on your review for facial erythema and I have also tested it on one of my feet for hair removal. It seems pretty effective for both so far. But there is one caveat that I should make: I have noticed that a few brands seems to sell an identical device. Mlay looks pretty identical and Gymax and a few others that I can't recall. So, I would think that it is a generic machine that multiple brands stick their logo on. It doesn't detract from its efficacy but it is something to note

@@PENNSMITHSKINCARE honestly, at this point if it works I don't care. I had a poor experience with in office IPL: 5 treatments and hardly any progress (I think the practitioners must have been poor). This device seems to be more effective already. But yeah, in the likely case that they are all the same, it would probably make the most sense to look for the retailer who is selling the model for the lowest price
