Do you have an autoimmune disease like Alopecia, Arthritis, MS, Celiac, Hashimoto's, Psoriasis, Grave's disease, Crohn's, Ulcerative colitis, Lupus, Type 1 diabetes, Myasthenia Gravis, Addison's, Endometriosis, Fibromyalgia or Chronic Lyme disease??
Do you have Leaky gut? Brain fog? Fatigue? IBS? Multiple food intolerances? Vague undiagnosed health problems?
The Paleo Autoimmune Protocol, aka AIP has proven potential to reduce your symptoms and even put you into full remission!
I’m Stacey. I’m an ACE certified Health Coach and P.T. as well as a Certified AIP coach through Mickey Trescott and Angie Alt’s practitioner program. (And bartender/ bar & restaurant manager by night :))
I put my celiac, leaky gut, & chronic fatigue into full remission with AIP. I have also suffered from alopecia, anxiety and brain fog which I controlled through diet and lifestyle changes. I feel better now in my 40’s than I ever have in my life!
I started AIP in November 2015 and have learned so much on my journey that I want to share with you! I do AIP without a dishwasher or oven (or microwave!) and on a budget with very little spare time. I truly believe that if I can do AIP then so can you and I want to show you how!
You might also find my channel helpful if you are on the Wahl’s Protocol, Bulletproof Diet, Pegan, Plant Paradox, 21 Day Sugar Detox or Whole30.
I have since been able to reintroduce some nuts, seeds, seed- based spices, etc but I keep my RUclips recipes 100% AIP elimination phase compliant!
Disclaimers: I am not a doctor. My goal is to provide inspiration for how to implement the Autoimmune Protocol after you have personally made the decision to try it. Always work with your physician when making dietary changes that could affect current health conditions, medications, etc.

You’ve inspired me more than you know. I finished day 8 of my AIP journey today. I’m so driven and inspired, thanks to you hun! I also lost 6 lbs. YAY
This makes me so happy to read!!! I'm so glad my channel has helped you, thank you for making me smile😊💕
You are so welcome. For the first time I’m really digging into the AIP diet and trying to do it right and continue to learn about it. I ordered both The Paleo Approach and The Paleo Approach Cookbook. AIP is becoming my passion!
@@amandaconnelly9242 Both excellent books!!! I consider the Paleo Approach the AIP bible! Sooo much great info in there! Happy reading!☺💕
Thank you hun. I’m loving them!!!
I made this and it is soooo good! I had an acorn squash instead of a pumpkin, and decided to give that a try. Since the acorn has less natural sweetness than pie pumpkin does, I added the optional dates to compensate. Worked great - perfect pumpkin pie texture! Thank you Stacey!!!
I'm so glad you liked it!!!😊💖
Love these! ❤️ I made them last night and after my kids tried it, they were both begging me to have one for breakfast - already need to make more! Lol I can see this being a regular food staple for us. Thanks for the ideas!!
Winning!! If the kids are asking for them that's a good sign! I'm so glad you all liked them!!😊💕
Ohhhh I want to try to make this like pumpkin pie bites yummmm
That is a great idea!
I can't wait to make these pumpkin pie bowls!
I love your recipes because I can eat all that! Yay! And I also love your personality. Thank you so much!!
I'm so glad it's helpful to you!!🥰
Thanks for the cinnamon recipe! I have found that herbs and spices can make a huge difference to the micronutrient values in chronometer, so it can be worth putting them in.
Good to know!!! Thank you☺
Yum! Now I wont feel left out at Thanksgiving! Thanks, Stacey ;)
You're very welcome!😊💞
Can't wait to try this for Christmas! Thanks!
You're very welcome, I hope you like it!! 😊
Thank you for the coconut free alternative!! I wish I could have coconut lol
You're welcome!! I think tigernut butter might be even better than coconut butter in this☺💕
@@RealWorldAIP I just need to find some 😬 so far cant find it locally
@@scmiller20 I've never found it locally either, hopefully it will grow in popularity! If you want to get it online they have it here: bit.ly/2zymC2r
I've been making an apple pear cranberry compote and having it on my salmon but it will be so good on this pumpkin pie!
That sounds amazing!!😍
Making this right now! Thank you!
Awesome, I hope you like it!!! 😊💞
I'm loving your videos and these look amazing. Do you think I could double or triple the recipe and make them as muffins? I'd probably skip the dates and eat them for breakfast. It seems like the texture you show towards the end would be great for that. Yum!
Thank you so.much- I'm so glad my videos are helpful to you!! 😊💕Muffins might work but you might have to adjust cook time. I'd love to hear how you make out if you try it!☺
Another amazing recipe Stacey!!!! This is my breakfast for the week! Love it! I would so buy a cookbook you wrote!
Awww, thanks Amanda! Wish I had time to put out a cookbook, I'd love to! I'm glad you like the pumpkin pie bowls- I ate mine for breakfast too😊
That would be amazing. I’ve got a binder I’m keeping your recipes in and they are definite go to’s for me. I’d love to know more breakfast and snack ideas
@@amandaconnelly9242 Breakfasts & snacks, going in my notes 😉
Yayyyyyy!!!!!
Love your videos still even though I’m no longer on AIP :)
And I’m so excited bc I wanted to make some of your recipes but I was bummed not to have batatas. When you said they’re just white sweet potatoes I was so happy bc I frequently order them by the case! Lol. I’ll make this for Thanksgiving in a couple weeks. Thanks for the great recipes!
Thank you so much! I'm glad you have access to them, they are so versatile. I hope you like the pie!😊💕
Really great video!
Thanks Adam!
I know this is unrelated to this video.. but you mentioned in a video that you reintroduced vodka - I'd love if you could please let me know what you can mix with the vodka that is compliant and not too hard on the gut? 😃 Thank you in advance ❤️
I use san pelligrino sparkling water and a squeeze of lime if I'm feeling ambitious, sometimes just plain water. Another good option is a martini hold the vermouth- basically vodka shaken cold with ice and strained into a chilled glass. Nice with a twist of organic lemon. I once tried making an espresso martini with coffig coffee substitute and coconut milk. Fail. 100% agave tequila with some fresh orange wedges and lime juice is very very good. Hope that helps 😊🍸
I just got done with my bartending shift and keep getting great drink ideas for you, I should do a video on re-intro cocktails! You can muddle vodka with fresh basil and pink grapefruit with a splash of soda water- delicious. Shake it up with fresh cucumber and lemon juice plus or minus fresh mint or basil.. Pina colada with frozen pineapple pieces, white rum and coconut milk! 😃
@@RealWorldAIP Oh my god these all sound amazing I must try them! That's a great video idea too! Thank you so much - you're the most inspiring person 😃
@@LeeLeeopard Awww, thank you SO much!!! 😊💕
RealWorldAIP Still considering a video on cocktail re-intro? I’d love to hear your ideas.
thanks for your channel! what would you use as a crust if used?
sorry just heard that part lol
No worries!😄
Are the sweet potatoes cooked or raw? This looks yummy!
They are raw ☺
RealWorldAIP love your channel! Just started AIP.
@@susanriley9135 Thank you so much Susan! I'm glad my channel is helpful to you!!😊💕
Hi Stacey. I love your video. Can't wait to try it. Just a quick question: to you use raw sweet potatoes? TIA
Thank you so much! Yes, the sweet potatoes are raw ☺
@@RealWorldAIP thanks for your response 😊 after this comment, I saw one of your other sweet potato recipes and you explained in the comment section why they need to be raw 😊
I should have mentioned it in the video, a few people have asked me the same question. From now on I will include that in the recipe 😊
I made these tonight, followed your recipe, but mine were still mushy in the middle even after an extra 30 minutes in the oven. I had to take them out as they were getting too brown on top. What did I do wrong? The flavor was really good, though.
I would leave the loose foil covering on top and keep going until they are cooked through. They shouldn't get too brown with the foil on top. I use a toaster oven so sometimes I wonder if my cook temps might be slightly different than a real oven?
Where do u find aip list of what you can and can't have
This is a very good starting point (have to scroll down a bit to get to the food lists) www.thepaleomom.com/start-here/the-autoimmune-protocol/
Can we use regular sweet potato in this recipe?
It would not be the same. White sweet potatoes are less sweet and much more dense in texture, the regular sweet potato will make it watery.
@@RealWorldAIP I was thinking that but hoping it wouldn't 😭. Thanks for the quick reply. I bought a couple ingredients to make the ketchup and barbecue sauce you posted. Ive already made the cheese. You're a life saver!
@@brandonliz9134 I'm so glad you like the recipes🥰
