- We sample the range-topping 2019 Ford Ranger Wildtrak 4x4 with the brand new 2.0L Bi-Turbo engine and 10-speed automatic transmission. Is it really better than the older Wildtrak and its 3.2L inline-five turbodiesel? If so, how much better? Find out in this video ;)

Paul, this is one of the best reviews I have seen in a LONG TIME! Congrats my friend! Very good review on a very good truck! I ma looking forward from my conversion from Toyota(8 years D4D) to Ford Ranger. After 8 years I don't care what trade in I get, it is written off already!!! I am after comfy drive, tech specs and fuel cons.! Amen!
Brilliant presentation and brilliant review ! By far the best and most concise - excellent stuff !
By far THE best review on the new Ranger on the internet. Well done!!!
Nice review. Can’t wait for my new wildtrak to be delivered this month.
Good review....u r the only asean guy who explain, very well.....keep it up....give us more other car review....😉😉😉
“ nobody in their right mind would haunt for corners in this car” try visit karak highway on a Friday/Saturday night.
Bright Ivan Hahahaha, okay fair point 😂 but why tho.... 🤨
Thanks for the presentation, its clear now
I am gonna so get this used 2019 Wildtrak in 2021 or next year. Looks good.
You should have reviewed the tray as that’s why most people buy this vehicle
thank you for the such good vlog and for the recommendation. very enjoy to watch this video
Excellent review
So did they change the tailgate from steel to aluminum?
24 mpg is amazing in a non electric car.
best asian reviewer!!!
Good review. Very concise. Thanks man.
Great Review. Thanks a lot. Thumbs up
We can get these 2019 models as either 3.2l or the new 2.0 turbo. That costs 1k more tho
Sovann T 2.0
Very good informative review. 👍 Well done from South Africa 🌍
Great video for us European viewers to know what's to come! Will the new Ranger have disc brakes in the rear?
no... ford ranger raptor yes
I still prefer the 3.2L engine
Really good video
I have been trying without success to register myself to enable me to add my comments for Paultan.org. How do I do it?
Ohk, can I sit on the tailgate while watching the sunset?
Wow 😎😎
So it's basically equiped with twin turbo already?
Will bumper damage while tow? Cause I noticed that tow hook higher than bumper level
Well done
so many new uploads, still none on NEW TOYOTA RUSH?
The best of2018
Might as well use a sewing machine for the engine and the Allison 10 speed transmission is just overkill. I wonder how long before the turbos start to leak from overheating in KL traffic?
Still halogen taillights? No rear seat airbags? No rear disc brakes?
Did you even watch the videos
Sadly nowadays pick up trucks are not for poor people anymore, you can even buy two maiwe with it😂
eric eric
3 myvii.....
Ranger raptor cost at least or more than a Ford mustang v8 in Aussie
@@chernlee88 Ford just want to capitalise on the pickup truck popularity down under. Hilux no 1 and Ranger no 2 in sales. A Wildtrak is 70k that's nuts. I guess you can demand higher prices if the public are willing to pay.
Trucks were never meant for poor.
My rich friends drives trucks rather than sports car in Malaysia
@@cecilialau4734 basically and logically becoz pick up truck are for all weather user plus utility... That's the reason now we see lot of buyers nowadays buying a pick up truck..
I have one very serious question, between this ranger and the triton advanture x which one is better in all aspect. Thanks
is it worth with it price
My 2019 Wildtrak trip meter shows 13.2 L/100klm. What does this mean
100 divided by 13.2 = 7.5kms/1liter
What the hell was ford thinking 💭 when they slotted the 2.0 biturbo in the 3.2????
trend nowadays, replaced bigger cc with smaller.. it cost money to build bigger engine.. roadtax more cheaper
Bigger engine are more reliable but smaller one are affordable
3.2 hasnt passed the updated emission regulations as per autovlogs/websites
This or ranger raptor🤔?
no point for raptor, unless u have deforested off road
@@limcharles9730 ok.
Wonder if there will be at aftermarket suspension upgrade to that of the Raptor :)
The Raptor has 1000KG less towing capacity. If you have a boat or caravan Ranger is a no brainer choice.
I opted for d Wildtrak rather than a Raptor because d latter doesn’t have many of the Wildtrak’s driver assist features. For a start there isn’t even any sensor on d front bumper. Something I wld have like in the Raptor will be Adaptive cruise control
Just asking how many years did it last, small engine with two turbo and how much is the load capacity?
Must wait for 3 years to see...but for time being 2.2 or 3.2 doesn't have any issue for long term periods..
Will the 3.2 model in the same spec, cost more or less than the new 2.0l bi turbo?
Less
@@SeekerGinz Does it have less features?
Dude, your eyes looked tired. You should take a break and have someone to replace you for a while
a good test would be towing something
Should be good with the Torque it has. If its like other 2l Turbos it will have a flat curve right through the rev range.
2:50 hat sounds more like a twin turbo than a bi turbo
Bi means dual, from bisexual lol
hi mr paul can you please review 2019 triton GT A/T 4x4 thanks
Ouch the audio is really bad on this one...
You can always upgrade it
Why not in full hd 60fps
60fps and 30fps really no difference for normal videos
Leather. That's what's wanted. Step 1. Kill cow and eat meat. 2. Make leather. 3. Put in trucks and cars.
150,000 Rangoons and 7 liters per 100 kilometers are units of measure that are very hard to understand in America... Otherwise it's a good review.
that works out to about 40.5 mile per Imperial gallon or 33.5 miles per US gallon. more or less.
Way way far close from a Raptor!
2.0L 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣👍🏻
now that we been tease with ranger raptor
this is just.. meh..
problem car
Sound like problem child, why?
