    One thing I love about living in England is the Butcher shops you can get locally sourced custom cut meat

    I get my Ribeye Steaks from my local butcher which have been aged 30 days, they melt in my mouth.

    Canadian and European standards are vastly different. If I were to have wooden blocks in my shop we'd be shut down until we were to buy plastic to replace them.

    I know this butcher - in London's Borough Market. I bought some pies from there recently! Superb meat - not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
