I have the 7X AWD model, Nappa leather, full option. I live in China and have had the car for about 1.5 months, it's lovely, my previous car was a Volvo XC90 T8, this thing is more luxurious, and better in every metric. I paid 330000CNY (~45000USD), and it's worth every penny. Cheers!

There is something so premium in the feel of every Zeekr model on the market. Whether its the material quality or the layout it just feels like it shouldnt be that price.
In many ASEAN countries, such as Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines & Malaysia, there are all kinds of import taxes / duties / fees for passenger vehicles, with different rates based on ICE size, CBU vs. CKD, luxury classification, trade agreements, etc. This effectively raise the prices on many cars, even 2x, or higher multiple, more expensive than a comparable model sells for in the U.S. or China.

Both Zeekr and Polestar are owned by Geely, so I don't think they are targeting Polestar. Polestar is a swedish brand although owned by Geely and produced in China.

Based on the pricing of the Zeekr X in the Australian, Chinese and European markets, and the price of the 7X in China and Europe, its price in Australia can be extrapolated to be AUD $75K drive away for the base model up to $90K for the AWD version.
The base Zeekr 7X is quite expensive at €53,990 (€56,200 USD). In comparison, a Model Y in Denmark costs €45,550 (€47,400 USD). While I was initially interested in the Zeekr 7X, I've decided to purchase the new Tesla Model Y (juniper) instead due to the significant price difference. I believe this pricing strategy may present a challenge for Zeekr's sales.
@fryske.tynster I hope they think about it carefully, otherwise they might as well have the cars stay in China, I have no doubt that it is a nice car, but if they are to be accepted in Europe they need to come down in price.
Thanks for this interesting report. About the batteries, I am a bit confused: You mention the 75 KW Golden “Brick” Battery, developed by Zeekr respectively Geely themselves which you mention to be about the best battery on the market. But I hear that there is in the 4wd model a CATL 100 KW battery? So - as you usually praise the CATL batteries to be top - which one is the better battery in terms of mainly energy density and warranties given? Thank you very much / Stefan Matter ( a near sure x7 buyer in Thailand)
There are two versions: The 75kWh version that has the Golden Brick battery which is essentially a next generation LFP battery with about 480km WLTP range (300miles). The 100kWh version is a CATL Quillin battery which is a next generation NMC battery with minimal degradation, high energy density and supports superfast charging (11 mins to 80%) with a WLTP range of 615km (382 miles).
So, is the stated price in Europe for the Zeekr 7X of $48,250USD the price after the 28% tariff? Or is the actual price paid by a consumer 28% higher at around $62K?
Id go for long range AWD version, but i dont know much about their batteries, particularly the NMC Are there any good videos around with comparisons? If not please do one.

I've never seen a Geely in real life. A quick Google search doesn't reveal and dealers or service centres in my country or neighbouring countries. So what does Geely mean when they say they're going to launch a car and how will their products be supported when in use?
They'll lower the price in other markets as Chinese manufacturers are not currently interested in making profits, but are more interested in taking market share. Once they dominate the market then they can raise prices without fear of any competition!
In Australia on Carsales Zeekr X 200kw RWD from $62888 driveway 315kw AWD from $71888 driveway So this new model will be more $$$ Also Zeekr 009 MPV 450kw AWD from $150k
Based on how the 7X is designed and its equipment level when fully optioned, I would say it’s up there with the Audi Q8 e-tron and a bit above, to my knowledge, Audi doesn’t offer power rear reclining seats. However, I don't believe all of the options that the Chinese market has will be available outside of China, to keep the price lower than the competition. If it did and has just as good performance as the Germans, that would be bad for the current batch of premium brands. I saw a few reviews on the new A6 e-tron, they were using the hard plastics on the lower portion of the car, not the rubberized stuff we were used to however, the price is still high and the rear space is smaller than it used to be. Zeekr seem to be pricing their vehicles better than Polestar (the other new "Chinese" premium brand) to get their name out in the market, Polestar is pricing their cars up their with Volvo and other premium brands. The Polestar 4's long range version should be using this battery and a more powerful motor, like Zeekr is doing with the 001, which shares the same platform. Time will tell if they perform and hold up well in the long run but, it's not like the current crop of premium brands are flawless. I think more people will be willing to give them a try, based on what you get for the price.
Zeeker 7x pricing should be on par with Tesla MY if they want to sell and make a profit. Otherwise, they'll be like Polestar losing money coz they made their pricing wrong means low sales
