Very colorful room, I would want to decorate my own bedroom like this. However the lobby doesn’t feel like the party theme as other W hotels. Atrium is beautiful like an expensive mansion. This hotel definitely beats every hotel in U.S. and half of what costs in US

Great review! Please make a review of new luxury Kimpton BEM Hotel Budapest. You would be the first person on RUclips to do it.👏👏🙏

Good to live here and never afford those luxury hotels built in Budapest past years😂

Uhhh… looks like a rather cheap fake luxury for russians, emirates guys, and other guys with not that sophisticated taste… the building itself is gorgeous indeed!

I agree, classy building, tacky interior, bold nevertheless.

Agree, the building (Dreschel palace) is beautiful, the exterior is nicely renovated, but the interior design choices they made are just mindblowingly kitschy for the european taste. I do not mind mixing classic and modern, but those chunky, rounded sofas, carpets and beds, and those heavy turquises, greens, blues and the excessive use of cherckered patterns and shiny gold is an overkill. They overtake the original interior details instead of accentuating them. The building’s present owners are a Qatari group - I assume that the hotel reflects their and their customer base’s taste.
