    I can understand you are disappointed with the service. From my personal observation shooting various event in various hotel, unfortunately many hotel business is under manpower after the pandemic, or new staffs yet train up to the highest service standard, I already learn to live and do with ut. Overall a great video you did!

    This property does not deserve to be a Ritz Carlton in the first place! They seem to be one of the very few properties that don't fully participate in Marriott's Bonvoy program.

      It’s frustrating you can’t earn or redeem points here. Thankfully it’s one of the only Marriott properties where this is the case. But overall still a great hotel!

    i'm based in Singapore but i have to say this is the worst ritz carlton i have ever stayed among the 10+ ritz i visited.
    - Service wise, no ack on titanium status at all during checkin, no upgrade. No welcome card or amenity either.
    - Room wise, its' so old. lots of wears and tears. The sound proof was extremely bad and I got waken up a few times during the night by the noises from the corridor. When i passed by a room in the corridor, i can ever hear someone touching a plastic bag in that room. The bed linene was not ritz, or even normal marriott standard. Very uncomfortable and rough.
    - Food wise, the coffee latte art served in the lobby bar was a disaster weird round-like shape. i was almost laughing when i saw that being served. the breakfast seating was extremely crowded and compact.
    given its price, i believe it should have done a better job. sadly, such a shame.

      I’m so sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience. I know they currently are planning for a renovation. Hopefully afterwards and if they refine the service you can give it another chance.
