I quite like the idea of that tool It makes doing maintenance on your computer easier for those who aren't savvy with their PC personally I've built mine from the ground upwards and even the desk it sits on, so I learned all I could and even I still fall short sometimes, so this tool should help me stay ontop of it all
Don't download the additional driver updates from win update, it selects deprecated drivers for outdated systems for specific problems. The automatic section has you covered already. Aslo, pc manager on win10 has a different interface and less options.

I installed some of the drivers through Microsoft pc manager, and I got a blue screen of death, sometimes it says "kernel security check failure" and some times it says "kmode exception not handle" . And now my pc is on loop with these crashes I've noticed that my pc boots up without plugging in the ethernet, how am I supposed to change drivers now? Everytime I plug it back in it crashes
You have to boot into safe mode, and if you know which drivers PC Manager downloaded you'll have to find out how to uninstall them, probably just a quick google search

I just re installed from the official microsoft store, it gives you the basic "1.2.4" version but when going in to settings upper right, there should be a blue button saying "update now", and then you will have everything and dark mode. Finally! I was wondering why I didn't have dark mode, but it was on their end, just reinstalling and you will get the latest version 3.4 something.
@@hadiamrane from my testing it only updates if you download it from an alternative source. It said it was up to date and it did the same regardless of where I downloaded it from or tried to update it. I even tried winget. I’m thinking it’s a fork but i could also have some weird configurations

That's a whaaay to old version from october last year when this tool launched. Back then, the website was only in chinese but I quite liked to kept it on my system since. I just redownloaded the app from the official website just to check why there was not dark mode on mine and I just finished and I finally (!) got dark mode. It just didn't update automatically. Yours is also a quite old version like I told but when you go upper right, click on that thing, settings and there should be a blue "update now" buttong, press on it and wait till it gives a pop up where you need to accept the terms and click on install. That's it, follow the instructions.
Btw, the TechSpot one is the only one with this many options, the microsoft one is light mode locked and has less UI, I like TechSpots UI more, I do not know why but yeah

Retail keys are more expensive, but these are products that can be activated by anyone on any machine, such as game keys

I absolutely love this; I clicked boost and my ram usage went from about 60% to 45% (I only have 16gb ram), I'll take it! :D

the goal for me at least, is to have consistent and stable pc for long term use wo any maintenance, since i usually build for others
as for gaming it should affect fps consistency, compared to default untweaked

When i had win 11 installed, on idle it would be using 43% of my ram but on windows 10 it only uses 35%. Big difference
