- 1/2/23, police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was serving within its lane and also did not have a third operating brake light. Initially, the driver is hesitant to speak to the police. When asked to get out of the vehicle, she refuses, which causes the stop to escalate. Multiple officers escort her out of the vehicle, and the suspect becomes combative. After gaining control the over the situation, an officer reads the driver her Miranda Rights, interviews her, and then she is transported to the police station, where she conducts field sobriety tests and talks with police.

100%. Funny enough, in my early 20s I rented the doublewide directly next to the address she gave on Wilkes St.. The area (Floridatown) is full of heavy drug users and sellers. The house directly across the street from her had multiple drug busts in the single year I lived there.

That drives me CRAZY when they do that. It immediately puts the criminal in control instead of the officers.

I noticed how calm she remained during the shuffles. Her voice never got shaky like the male officers (even though there’s were barely responsive to it) which is COMPLETELY normal due to adrenaline. It takes a lot to be able to control that. She really kept her cool and was very impressed.

@@RobertRyszardPanas-oo9lbthe tests build a solid case against them. Not all police have the portable breathalyzer kits. When they get to the station they are given the opportunity to give a breath sample. If they refuse that refusal can be used against them. In many states they have the implied consent laws where you consent to being tested as a condition of having a license. If you refuse they can suspend your license for a year. They can also request a blood sample but it takes a long time to get the results back on those. They can also refuse the blood test but the police can usually get a warrant if they do. They can also refuse to do the field sobriety tests. A major portion of the test is the ability to follow directions.
A special shout out to the cops that demonstrate such patience and self-control when dealing with spacey cadets like this one.

Before I got rid of my bright colored sports car, I got pulled over ALL the time at least 3 times a week and I NEVER had any issues. Every single cop was nice. I had all my stuff ready and was RESPECTFUL. Finally, a cop told me there was 3 other cars like mine that were apart of some "fast car group" that like to drive crazy. I was a stay-at-home mom. so, their faces were always surprised when I rolled down the windows. After I got rid of the car, I haven't been pulled over again. I do miss the LOOKS on their faces.. lol

@@julie9589 YES same. Walmart delivery is a fifty dollar a year fee plus tips. They deliver ANYTHING in the store in a few hours from groceries to children's toys. For an extra ten bucks I had my groceries (30 items) at more door in 35 minutes yesterday. I'm serious.

I'm not rich, but I'm not poor. My entire life, whenever I'm stopped I just take the ticket. I never fight a ticket. I don't understand the point of it. If I am speeding or if I have a tail light out or whatever, I fess up immediately. There's no point in fighting.
