We travelled down to Suffolk to do a birding challenge. How many birds can we see and get either photographic or video evidence of in a day....and a bit.
I saw Nightjar for the first time at Holt Heath in Dorset - I love the way that the evening goes from no Nightjars to many and then too dark to see, all in a few minutes. The calls / wing claps are spooky.
Big Days are always fun. I've done it here in Florida many times, love it. Great birding! Thanks for sharing your birding day. Take care and have fun out there.
