He worked hard preparing as much as possible when it came to his gear, his physical condition and his mental state. He knew it would be the most challenging hunt he's ever been on, but to a certain extent nothing can truly prepare you for an experience like this outside of actually doing it. Kyle takes us from start to finish through this episode, starting with his preparation going into it, followed by the reality of the Kodiak Island he found himself on.
