Hi Laura! When I was pregnant I remember that I often wanted ice cream and cooked ham, I also started eating rice, which I absolutely didn't eat before. Really strange, huh?
I had my first GP appointment at 5 weeks, due for my 1st midwife appointment at 10 weeks (all the care is handled by midwives in NZ, unless you want to pay for an OBGYN, but we have great maternal outcomes with midwives ☺️)
