This is one of those few and far between perfect albums. You listed to it start to finish and want more. You replay it again, and find it new again. Yet, STILL wait for more at the end. I have listened to this album on loop for months at a time and it never gets old. Thank you, Pat. Truly timeless.

Way back when I first listened to this track I didn't have much of a clue about what it was about. Now decades later I realise just how spot on this song is. Anxiety and depression are like a ten ton weight that have ruined my life and that of those around me.
When this song came out I thought to myself I hope I never experience that. I jinxed myself, got my first panic attack at 15 followed by anxiety 😔. I'm in my forties now and I'm able to manage it.
This is the definition of a music video being fun. This is why I love the 80's

Nothing funny about panic attacks. They have obviously never had one to joke about it but the song does describe the symptoms well.
