The fact you can get (some regions) a decent 1440p high refresh experience is great to see and the reason why the past few years were seeing a moderate uptake of 1440p monitors. Great to see a very good general consumer review Kryzzp 🥰🙂↕💪😇👍
I can't believe they've become so affordable! I remember a few years ago paying 300€ for a used 1440p TN monitor. Now we got brand new monitors that are way better quality, for half the price! 😃
This reminds me of the LG UltraGear 27GL83A monitor that I got for a pretty good deal in 2022 (around $200 USD new). I haven't had any issues with its performance or anything. Granted, it only goes to 144 Hz, so the KTC has it slightly beat in that regard. The price is also a little bit lower. But it is really cool to see that 1440p is becoming more accessible at lower price points.

Hey Man, just wanted to say thanks to you. I've been watching your videos for a long time and gathering information about PC and benchmarking. It's all thanks to you that I learned about PC stuffs , keep up the good content man and also for my sake please try GTX 1060 in 2024 :) Also can I get pinned?
I recently bought the Acer Nitro XV271U M3 monitor , it's also a 27' 1440p 180hz IPS monitor, but one thing that I cannot understand is how can it can actually do 1440p at 180hz because it has a DP 1.2 connector, and as far as I've looked, DP 1.2 isn't able to put out 1440p at 180hz . So I've checked if it was actually running at 180 Hz / fps in videogames and it was, so it's not like it's 1440p 165hz or something . So either the games show 180 fps and all apps recognize it as 180 Hz but it's not actually running at 180 but my eyes can't see it so i think it's running at 180 but it's maybe running at 165 or 144 OR Acer somehow for some reason got their description wrong and it is DP 1.4 . Is there any way to check / test that?
I have the 4k version. Its ok. But you cannot mount it to a vesa mount... unless you have many sizes of rc car screws :( it doesnt come with screws. But the monitor can go up down and 180 on the stand i dont use.
