Thank you for showing this...I told someone I used Ulta's salon and they swore they didn't do our hair or use the proper products. They are reliable, professional and no hidden fees and the cost is reasonable.
Before I got locs, I had a black stylist at Ulta that did my hair. She kept it real and my hair healthy. If I ever decide to cut them off and start over, I'll be going back

Honestly any time you blow dry or flat iron your hair you will get some type of damage just try not to go all the time twice a year if you want anything more you Will get heat damage it’s annoying I know
Your curly hair is so thick and beautiful and it grew back out so nicely 😍 and the flatiron results is so sleek and sharp like a razor 🪒just beautiful 😍🖤🤎
Please do not send people to Ulta to get their hair ripped out of their scalp. The stylist was able to do your hair plus your type of texture that doesn’t mean it will work for everybody else. You could not pay me to go to Ulta to get my hair done unless I personally know the stylist.

Ulta in Long Island, New York, doesn't have black hairstylists for natural hair.
I go to mine and they actually train their stylist!! It’s great!

Ulta butchered my hair. They ended up giving me a bunch of free samples... I didn't even ask for them, they just felt that bad...
