I know she’s just sitting there and 10 years ago she would have been reading a magazine but it is a real eye opener how life has changed so much in only a short space of time - we’re nearly all dopamine addicts - worrying and sad for humanity! I’ve only had a mobile phone a few years and can see how it’s sucking me in so now I limit my use and try and stay present in social situations. I feel better for it and so do people around me.

Divide your hair into zones as shown in the video. Next we make the tail. We wrap hair sing flat iron. Then we wind the crown area and beautifully lay these strands to the center of the tail. I smooth each strand with hair cream to make hair shiny and soft. I fix the curls with a hairspray. I do the bouffant of the root zone with hair powder. I'm going to guess there's more hair product in that ponytail than I have used in my hair in a decade, and my hair is to my butt! It's a lovely do, but us mere mortals don't have time to create something like that except for very special occasions, plus I wonder how stiff the hair would be?
