- This was my 1st Acoustic concert ever and wasn't sure how I would react bc I love screaming guitars and popping snares and just loud as possible music. I came in not very optimistic {and Stryper is my favorite band} but I have to admit....it was GREAT! The band sounded great and was really impressed with how good Michael Sweet sounded after dealing with some of his issues of late..strong, crisp, controlled. Hope you enjoy! Missed you Oz!!! Recover quickly!!!!

What a truly gifted band. While none of their contemporaries are nowhere to be found, Stryper somehow IMPROVED with age. It’s really quite wild. Very interesting to see Robert facing the crowd, as well!
Everybody is always talking about Michael's voice, but he is an amazing guitarist as well.
Thank you so much🙏
Truth !
Love these guys what opened up my eyes to the Lord I'm back in the 80s I had to buy all their tapes twice cuz I kept wearing them out definitely blessed by God is the drummer myself Robert is my favorite the drummer
This acoustic tour is absolutely a blessing. They sound great. 👍🏻
They sounded awesome. I wasn’t sure what to expect going in bc I love loud screaming guitars and drums but it was great.
This not an acoustic tour. They're playing an electric guitar, an electric bass, an electric keyboard, a drum set with microphones played through electric amplifiers and a PA system.
Awesomeness! Love the original sound and This acoustic version. The message is still clear after all these years and that is Jesus Christ being Glorified. Amen. No matter what the sound it's the Holy Spirit that draws people to Jesus. Amen! Thank you for uploading this. Bless you for doing this and also all who hear this. Blessings from Almighty God to you and your families! Keep the Faith. Jesus Christ is the Hope that saves the world. Heavy duty Prayers go out to Oz for a full recovery!
Excited to see the them in Indiana! It’ll be my first in-person Stryper show! 🎉
I'm glad to hear so many enjoyed the acoustic set. I'll wait until they come back plugged in ;-)
miss seeing Oz Fox but I understand, from what I was told he had to get surgery done.
hopefully oz will recover quick and everything turns out alright with him. He needs to get back with stryper. Awesome show right here, love it and I enjoyed watching
Think he's going to be on the Fall tour. Their 40th anniversary tour. It's going to be amazing. They will be doing 2 sets. One In their classic black and yellow outfits doing their classics and then another costume change and doing other songs. Have my tickets for the acoustic show and their 40th anniversary
Michael's voice is one of the best ever in the genre! No doubt! But his guitar playing has always impressed me even more! Him and Oz imo are the best tandem guitarist of the 80s 90s metal by far! Love these guys since I was 19, now at 55 I realize just what this band has accomplished and the impact on millions of people, spreading the truth of Jesus Christ.....never be ashamed and stand up for the kingdom of God all mighty.
Well said and very true. 👍🏻

Sin Os Fox , igual se escucha hermoso...
Where is Oz
Where is oz
He found out that he had to have another surgery after they had the tour booked.
lmao why ppl are so enigmatic? What issues Michael Sweethad and why was Oz missing?
Where's Oz?
Recovering from surgery
Okay I got to be honest that version of honestly sucked ass!
This not an acoustic tour. They're playing an electric guitar, an electric bass, an electric keyboard, a drum set with microphones played through electric amplifiers and a PA system.
Really, dude? Let's not split hairs here. It's a totally different beast to put on a show like this than a full "electric" show. There is no hiding anything behind a wall of distortion or effects out there like this. You survive on your talent alone. And they pulled it off like champs.
@@mattscott8922 I'm not splitting hairs and there is nothing acoustic about this show. In an acoustic show the musicians play acoustic guitars and an acoustic bass, and don't use a miked up drum kit or an electric keyboard.
If the guitars are not hooked up to a sound system how could you hear them. Go pick on a guitar and see how much sound you make. This was not a huge music hall but it wasn’t small and it was packed. I know it says to hell with the amps tour but we all know what that means. I’ve been to many regular Stryper shows and there are amps and speakers stacked everywhere and it’s deafening. This was definitely a hard show to pull off bc you can hear every miss unlike the regular shows where the sounds will hide a lot of that. I thought they did an amazing job.
I just watched a few clips of Nirvana unplugged and all the acoustic guitars are plugged in…..just so you can hear
@@Shadowman-1960 you're absolutly idiot...
