Hi, has you saved it? I experience some strange bug when you save key-frames of animation and close blender, next time you load blend file Vincent model stands in T-pose and all your animation work is wiped out.. so frustrating.

if you are using blender then the blender charater animation:walk cycle by sebastian lague is a good start
