    I wonder if i messed up by buying stainless 2.5 over 3 in tubing. I haven't installed it all yet but i have full stainless 2.5 with two ultra quiet resonators and a real mugen twin loop. I can't wait to hear it and i hope it is deep and not raspy. The yonaka sounds amazing though glad your happy with it!

      The 3" piiping was for my turbo setup and l was really kinda skeptical on using it on NA setup that it might be a bit overkill, turn out to be not and improved the engine power but the sound made it louder. You probably will get a good sound on your setup (2.5"), you cant go wrong on Mugen.

      cool thats what im hoping for quite and good deep tone. The motor has type s pistons and sk2 stg2 street cams with a little port work done on the head and sk2 intake and throttle body, and rmf ram header, but it looks like it will be February or March before i can get the exhaust tig welded and then I got to get it tuned. This is all a learning curve for me Ive never had an h22 or a prelude always had chevys or fords but finally grew up and decided to build a nice weekend cruiser that looks good and goes good for me and the kids.@@3kzack

      Tnx, l think the vibrant setup is catered on my Turbo setup. Yonaka sounds better on NA.

    Well if you had a small hole at the back of the muffler I would say yes do that because the combustion will build up and eventually rust your pipes😊

    I prefer the Vibrant muffler sound better than the Yonaka, in my opinion.

      Thanks, l have a Yonaka on my 95 Accord and also a vibrant muffler and l agree. Yonaka sounded better.

    What if you put all 3 bottle resonator ultra quiet and yonaka

    • @sagittnet2158
      @sagittnet2158  6 месяцев назад

      Vibrant has a much longer resonator. l thought about replacing what l have on it with 18" resonator . It might improve or maybe not but sinced l found what the culprit was w/c is the airleaks on the flanged, no need to change the resonator. Thanks

    Sounds nice might be the move for me. Your stroker H22 has type s cams correct? Are there any issues dropping them into a h22a4 head? I see a lot of older posts online saying it’ll eat itself and the rockers up

    • @sagittnet2158
      @sagittnet2158  Год назад +1

      I read those old post but l have no issues of cams or rockers wearin out. I actually have 1 h22 and 2 g23 that use type s cams w/ no problem.

      Its BS, id measurments myself after i saw one post talking about it... stock retainer hits the valve seal around 0.500" lift, the type-s cams are nowhere near that👍🏻

    Kuya how’s the drone on highway cruise?

    • @sagittnet2158
      @sagittnet2158  Год назад +2

      Not much of a drone on cruising speed. I'm using a Vibrant 12" bottle style resonator and l think if l use the 18" resonator it should be nothing.

      Loved the sound on the outside but from inside, drone is horrible man. It wasn't that bad before l replaced the vibrant resonator/ muffler and now I really need to do something about it. Thanks and l might try megan in the future. My nephew had megan muffler and l liked it.

      I haven't keep track of how much mpg on gas. But it should be at least 28 mpg. It always depends on how often l floor it everytime l get a chance to use it.

    Wish you were my neighbor. I would help you and ask for help with my car on the weekends. I have seen before you like to angle the muffler so it looks better from behind. My fear is I wash the tips a few times a year and water would fall into the packing. I almost did a Yonaka on my BMW but went with an Agency Power I found on offer up instead. The drone from a muffler delete was killing me even though it sounded awesome above slow speeds. Looks like you live in Socal. Same. Salamat for videos! I enjoy.

      It makes the muffler bigger and it gives that 3 angular shape looking from behind. The exhaust tip is horizontally staright? So no worry about water being collected. Drone is the killer man! It drove me nuts and finally got rid of it. Feel free to leave a msg man and thank you. Later man!
