Dr. Yu is an integrative rheumatologist who incorporates complementary medicine with traditional rheumatology.
He is triple board-certified in Rheumatology, Internal Medicine
and Lifestyle Medicine. He obtained his MD from Chicago Medical School and
holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration and Biomedical sciences. He
completed his internal medicine residency and rheumatology fellowship at Loma
Linda University in Southern California. He has completed the Andrew Weil
Integrative Medicine Fellowship at the University of Arizona and certified in functional
medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine.
Dr. Yu has a very unique perspective on autoimmune disease and
arthritis as he is both a patient with arthritis and physician. Dr. Yu was
diagnosed with gout at the age of 17 and later diagnosed with spondyloarthritis
as well. He is able to understand his patient’s medical problems from a patient
perspective. The foundation of his practice is to combine allopathic medicine
with complementary medicine. He works with his patients to come up with a
treatment plan that not only fights the disease but also is aligned with his
    patient’s goals.
His primary focus is on autoimmune disease and arthritis. Rheumatologists treat conditions such
as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing
spondylitis, lupus, sjogrens, gout, fibromyalgia, myositis, vasculitis, and
other inflammatory conditions. As a fellow, he has published multiple
papers on osteoporosis and spearheaded a double-blind randomized control trial
on curcumin supplementation in systemic lupus erythematosus. He has
also had multiple presentations at the American College of Rheumatology
    national conferences.
Dr. Melissa Mondala is a triple specialist of family medicine,
lifestyle medicine, and primary care psychiatry. She is one of the first and
youngest nationally recognized lifestyle medicine fellows and is a strong
community health advocate. She is the co-founder of Dr. Lifestyle clinic and serves as faculty at Loma Linda University Preventive/Lifestyle Medicine Department, which is one of the blue zones for longevity. She currently sits on the American College of Lifestyle Medicine
Board of Directors and is a Diplomate of Lifestyle Medicine. . She has devoted decades of volunteer work in underserved communities in California and internationally.
She prioritizes lifestyle modifications to optimize health. Her passion is
educating and empowering healthy living and cooking.
She has led several tobacco cessation groups, taught Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) lectures, and contributed to the Lifestyle Medicine Residency curriculum. To augment her
training, she has completed observerships at the Weimar Institute’s NEWSTART,
TrueNorth, and St. Helena’s TakeTEN, three intensive lifestyle change programs.
She has served the underserved in California, China, and the Philippines. While
serving in Guam, she led Lifestyle Medicine visits and tobacco cessation groups. She is passionate about treating the underlying cause of disease and teaching transformative healthy lifestyle behaviors. She focuses on disease-specific lifestyle recommendations and consequently, she worked with patients for reversal of type 2 diabetes, dyslipidemia,
hypertension, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, rhinosinusitis, mood disorders,
functional abdominal pain/irritable bowel syndrome, substance abuse, joint
pain, brain fog, and early stage kidney disease. Through her lifestyle medicine
rehabilitation experience with stroke and heart disease patients, she has
implemented therapeutic lifestyle medicine recommendations in various settings,
age groups, health conditions, including adolescent psychiatry, student health,
sickle cell anemia, and underserved populations.

Please, can you interview Dr Mcdougall or someone else or perhaps some women who healed from ovarian cyst/benign tumor with OIL FREE plant based diet? Maybe raw diet? I believe too much oil in a diet is a culprit to these women issues

I have had to diagnose myself with certain foods also unable to eat and was stable for decades then the C19 jab immediately had reactions within 30 days that was immediately fatigue , dizzy, Cetrizine 40 mg every six hours and had to go back to allergist after had not needed to have antigens since 34. The C19 jab bent my finger joints , fatigue, I cannot eat any processed food the chemical industry has should be illegal until proven safe. I had to write my own VAERS .

Steroids has long term thus think use wisely. Steroid in my thumb joint didn't work because after the C19 jab calcium buildup on the bone is visible. The chemical industry should pay the medical bills as these problems did not exist in early 19th century.
