    Once again, an insightful analysis. Beginners frequently question whether it's too late to enter the financial market, yet the market remains inherently unpredictable. Trading offers more benefits than merely holding, emphasizing the importance of learning before taking the plunge. Engaging in active trades is essential to ride the waves of the market. Thanks to Flora Elkin’s insights, daily trade signals, and my dedication to learning, I've been increasing my daily earnings, managed to grow a nest egg of around 127k to a decent 532k. Kudos to the journey ahead!

    Don't you buy shares of good companies (ASML, TSM, AVGO, etc.) for the long term??? What does it matter what happens tomorrow??? That's speculation... I've had ASML and the others I mentioned for over 10 years and I increase when they correct sharply. That's investing, the other is speculating. That's what the casino is for. I say it with respect.

    Rafi Amit, Camtek's (CAMT) CEO commented, "I am pleased with the record revenues in the first quarter driven by strong demand for HBM and chiplets applications, which accounted for 60% of our business. The field of AI is changing our industry and Camtek is well positioned to benefit from this transformative trend. AI technology needs High Performance Computing (HPC) capabilities, which are based on architectures utilizing High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) and Chiplet devices as key components. The on-going surge in demand for HPC and our leading position at all tier-1 manufacturers continue to be the main drivers behind our strong results and outlook."
    Concluded Mr. Amit, "Looking beyond 2024, as AI continues to transform the industry, we are very confident in our ability to capitalize on the trend and grow towards the milestone of annual sales in excess of $500 million."

    I believe only Nvidia will be the next Nvidia, meaning it is in a class amongst itself and has future growth commensurate with its recent past. Blackwell is going to create a multi year moat that the rest will nibble around the edges of. Nvidia will be at minimum a $5T company by EO 2028.

    • @chipstockinvestor
      @chipstockinvestor  16 дней назад +1

      Tough to argue against this point the way things are headed. It won't be simple competition that takes Nvidia down.

  • @Matthewbyrd86

    kinda disagree about moving out of Marvell. Completely understand that Broadcom has outperformed to now, but Marvell's inventory correction has been ongoing for what... a year and change? That will turn around. Additionally, I think there's something to be said for how Broadcom rubs many the wrong way across industries. I think keeping at least SOME in Marvell, in case they take market share from Broadcom, would be prudent. They also have an impressive pipeline of ASIC wins from here. So does Broadcom, though, admittedly.

    • @chipstockinvestor
      @chipstockinvestor  25 дней назад

      Totally fine to disagree, your portfolio is your own, ours is ours. Not a binary right/wrong type of discussion. Maybe we miss out on some extra gains, maybe we don't. But as we said in the video, we aren't completely selling out right away.

    You’re selling baby Broadcom! That must be gut wrenching for you too. You’ve never covered Axon before and that business is exploding and has one hell of a business model with public safety. Free cash flow is being reinvested so valuation looks stretched but curious if you’ve ever looked at this space. MSI is another one that keeps going up in this space due to its mission critical public safety products and focus on the government vertical

    • @chipstockinvestor
      @chipstockinvestor  25 дней назад +1

      Yeah, not exactly a video we liked making. We'll maintain an active interest in MRVL for some time, and may adjust how we exit based on the next Q update. Axon is a superbly run business, great long-term outlook. We just run out of places to stash cash, that's why we've never done a video or deep dive. By MSI we assume you mean Motorola? It's been quite the comeback.

    GOOD LUCK w/ your portfolio shake-up but you do know that competitors from the same sector / similar industry all move the same...simply plot them on a chart and they practically move in unison...with that being said, I would rather pay much less for a younger company that's more affordable w/ more growth potential (i.e. Lattice, Marvell, On Semi, etc. vs. AMD, Broadcom, Qualcomm, etc.)...more bang for the buck IMO

    • @chipstockinvestor
      @chipstockinvestor  25 дней назад +3

      We did plot AVGO, MRVL, and SOXX on the same chart in the video. Did you see it? Unfortunately, younger and smaller doesn't mean higher performer. Shareholder value is created by different means. That said, part of our re-allocation is going to some smaller businesses, and we will continue to have an active interest in MRVL.

    • @thekongstocks
      @thekongstocks 25 дней назад +1

      NO SORRY@@chipstockinvestor just listening to your "audio-version" and I do agree w/ some of your points...since the Semiconductor Sector is grossly overvalued (thanks to A.I.), I've been on the hunt to find more affordable companies like Qorvo & Skyworks who are trading way below their intrinsic values...do know that Morningstar is notorious for being conservative; their FMV on MRVL is 65 while AVGO is 1090 ✌
