- A quick and easy way to transfer an image to a wall is to use an overhead projector. Use a pencil to draw the image on the wall surface then it's just a matter of painting the outline.
This guy reminds me not to take thing to seriously.....
I'm so happy I seen this video because I'm actually going to pick up an overhead projector tomorrow morning... I am an artist and plan on drawing my own stuff and transferring it onto my kids playroom walls... I would free hand it on the wall but the lighting makes it hard with my eye disease...
Perfect!
Thanks for showing this.
OHP's ftw !
Oh yea...I'm ordering An overhead as we speak...great way to pick up some vacation monies! I also ordered an Easil, some Acrylics, and a few 8X10 stretched canvas blanks think I'll do some "Mr. Natural" drawings, color them in, let-em dry and sell-em for $10-$15 apiece! Cha,cha,Charlie, CHING! 🤑👌🏾
how did that end up doing?
"...Sunday afternoon with nothing to do..." (hint/PRO-TIP-->Maybe organize you garage...!?
I will be using this method to paint this huge image soon.
Have fun with it, let me see what you do!
What good are tools if we can't make lour suburban neighbors a little uneasy!

Okay, I'll make something for you!
Nice video!
I once did an art graphic similar to yours using a selfie of mine and with edit of a teacher to make it look like yours , what edits did you have to do to get it like that?
Yer not a freak! But you are a pretty kool guy thanks for that inspiration!

I'll bet he's a wonderful teacher - reflecting you back to yourself by either making you feel like he's delighted with what you're doing or that he's taunting and laughing at you. He's also just plain COOL.
Fun demonstration. Thumbs up to "I like him; neighbors think I'm a freak."
Ann, I frequently see people out on the sidewalk staring at him through my open garage door! Hahahha Thanks for watching
Your neighbors are just jealous. It's a great idea.
awesome, us freaks stick together
Looks good! I want to paint an old timey advertisement on my garage wall after I add some faux brick. Was hoping to trace an old sign off the projector onto the wall. Hopefully it's doable. Not too much on the web.
Finally I have some mural competition! :D Well done sir!
Uh no...I'm no competition for your ninja mural skills...

I do that, Gus! Hahahaha, CHEERS!

Does it have to be a transparecy?
Is there a way to transfer / enlarge a paper drawing to this size? thanks
You could always go old school and draw a grid on a printed image, then draw a bigger grid on your wall, and then draw the parts of the image from each smaller grid square. That has been an old standard way of doing for centuries, I think....
I hope that made sense for you. Thanks for watching
Supper
You are awesome!
Nice
Thank you, sir!
Nice. But I'll go with a Thai style Buddha. The original Buddha, siddarta, was NEVER fat.
Okay, let me know how it goes!
