Sorry if I’m misunderstood but, can you put multiple different amiibos or multiple of the same one? How would it affect smash amiibos? Would I be able to create multiple smash Ganon amiibos?

You put one amiibo on it at a time. The serial ID mixer just makes it so the game doesn't think you're scanning the same amiibo, when in reality it's the same amiibo.

This won't affect the glitch, if you change the serial ID it'll mess up the glitch
