Given Lullaby's preference to camp above the opponent till they're vulnerable to fast fall Rest, I'm thinking all 3 Links, Mii Swordfighter, Mr. Game & Watch and Cloud might all do decent vs her due to their long lasting uairs. Lullaby also doesn't seem to edgeguard much so the poor recovery on Cloud and potentially Mii Swordfighter wouldn't matter as much. Also due to her not edgeguarding, I think camping the ledge could do well. She likes to float above the opponent but if she goes for fast fall Rest there, she will die for certain and at lower percents, her opponent will live. If she goes for fast fall footstool, a good number of characters can still survive that as long as they don't buffer something like air dodge. Given her defense investments, I also think it's not likely for many to be able to beat her by taking all 3 stocks. The better option is to get a stock and/or percent lead and then camp her out till time is up which isn't easy with her high air speed. Shielding and rolling is basically worthless since she just waits for it and then does fast fall Rest, aside from her sometimes holding smash attacks for too long after a shield break. The high damage from Rest actually works against her there as you can mash out of shield break faster at higher percents. There's also potential that Chrom, Ike and/or Mii Brawler could cheese her with suicide kills thanks to their up b. I've done all but some of the most recent ingame spirit fights without spirits equipped myself and for a lot of the harder Legend spirits, I just relied on Mii Brawler Soaring Axe Kick cheese so it could potentially work on Lullaby as long as her high defense and numerous jumps aren't enough for her to survive. If the opponent is ever above her, their best bet is to footstool her since that gives invincibility or to just go to ledge. Her sitting at ledge also leaves her vulnerable to opponents holding down when recovering to hit her with their up b before grabbing ledge. Lastly, Ganondorf's seemed to do well vs her likely just due to his high damage and knockback on moves, giving him the highest chance at actually killing Lullaby.
amibos with instant fall are the best, I personally have a Pokémon trainer amibo with this and you can't even imagine how scary it is to have ivisaur casualy approaching by jumping and instant falling while doing a landing fair or upair
