    Age doesn't matter in the NBA....if you can play you can play.... the fact that people think a 19 year old kid SHOULD be destroying a 34 year hall of famer speaks volume of Lebron James.

    • @AnonYmous-gj1hw
      @AnonYmous-gj1hw 9 лет назад +25

      chitownkidd33 Just like it speaks volumes that a 22 year old role player outplayed prime LeBron on both ends of the floor in Games 3-4-5 of the 2014 Finals .... lolololol
      Games (3-4-5) of 2014 Finals- Lebron allowed 13 ppg Kawhi Leonard to average 23.7 ppg on 69% in Games 3-4-5 of Finals
      - Lebron also got out rebounded by Leonard 9.3 rpg to 7.7 rpg in those 3 games
      - Leonard also outstole Lebron in those 3 games 2.0 spg to 1.7 spg
      - Leonard also outblocked Lebron in those 3 games 2.0 bpg to 0.7 bpg
      - LeBron also had more than twice as many turnovers as Leonard (3.7 to 1.7)
      In those last 3 games, Leonard outrebounded, outblocked, outstole Lebron, scored MUCH more efficiently (14% FG higher than Lebron), and Leonard was playing 7 less minutes
      and Lebron committed more than twice as many turnovers.
      And while Lebron could never guard Leonard, Leonard held Lebron to 1-6 shooting in Game 5 when he guarded him. In Game 5 Lebron had 1 FG in the 2nd quarter (2:30 mark) to bring the Heat within 5, and never scored again until the Spurs were up 21 with 4:40 left in the 3rd - definition of stat padding and not delivering when it mattered.
      No need to mention LeBron's stats... in the 4 losses he scored 51 of his 106 points (48% of them) after already being down 15+... just the small forward version of Wilt Chamberlain - another stat padder
      what a pathetic excuse for a supposedly all time great. Showed up by role players in 2 different NBA Finals

    • @chitownkidd33
      @chitownkidd33 9 лет назад +63

      This copy and paste argument is getting old. The heat threw the finals, they didn't show up, I've never seen a team allow another team wide open 3 after wide open 3, there effort level was not there. It wouldn't be the first time though. Not even the first time for the heat since Lebron gave up in 2011 in games 4,5,6 so Wade wouldn't win FMVP.
      Same reason Kobe threw the finals in 2004 so Shaq can get traded and not have 4 FMVPs.
      Lebron James and WIlt Chamberlain are top 10 players regardless of circumstance.

    Lebron is from another generation of ball players compared to the players of the 2010s and 2020s. He's one of the last of the 2000s era, among a small handful who are still playing. I remember when the NBA was constantly wanting a prime Kobe vs. prime Lebron finals all throughout the 00s. It almost happened in '09, could've happened in '08. Haslem was fun to watch back in the '00s. Dwight is '04...who knows what'll happen to him now. He just left Taiwan. Iguoudala is '04, but I think he's retiring this year.
      Not many players are around from that late 90s/early '00s era. Late 90s players are gone obviously...Vince Carter being the last to go in the 2020s. If we want to stretch it further, we've got the gray area mid-00s players we could maybe add to that era, depending on your perspective. Chris Paul and Kyle Lowry are from '05 and '06, I believe. PJ Tucker, '06 class. There are some others, maybe...?

      lol this is dumbassery at its finest. Kobe was no pippen fool. Kobe and Shaq were perfect 1a and 1b. MVP voting is irrelevant. Shaq has said multiple times that kobe was the best in the game when playing together. Lets not forget Kobe was able to actually beat the spurs in the playoffs ;)

      John Riddler There was never a 1a and 1b. Shaq was always the no. 1 option, he just happened to be triple teamed most of the time so he had to kick it out to Kobe.

      ***** 2000 finals doesn't count. He was 21, playing in a talented team and injured most of the series.
      In 2001 playoffs he had 29 points 7,5 rebounds and 6 assists. Not to mention 33/7/7 against the Spurs. He averaged 26/6/6 against New Jersey in 2002 Finals.
      He was not a sidekick.
