Top Vid Shad! Some killer spotting skills on firetruck, correct use of PPE while using a chainsaw... LOL. Improvised ala-cart menu, and a killer camp-site that is constantly visited by disrespectful grubs that could ruin it for everyone..... Not to mention a well thought out camera placement relay both days. As you said.... Good Fun! 👌
Thanks mate, we just couldn’t leave it. If everyone just took a little bit out each time even if it was only one bottle we would be in a much better place. 🤠👍👍
Awesome as usual Good proper 4x4 content in well modified rigs 💪 And thanks for cleaning up the camp some shitbags left behind Unfortunately it is the only way to beat this issue Cheers unpro
Hey Shad, that’s a classic, we’ve all done that, I reckon if forgetting the rolls is the worst thing that happens to you out bush with ya young bloke ya going alright hey.
Makes me upset and angry when I see rubbish like that in the bush! I just hope if we all do our bit and clean up what we can it’ll keep these tracks open but it shouldn’t be that way! Top quality clip Shad and Owen. 🤙🏻
Thanks for watching mate, yeah unfortunately a lot of grubby campers around and all we can do is chip in too clean a bit up where we can. Not sure what the garbage truck driver thinks everytime he empties my bin 😂😂😂.
Another good vid mate enjoyed it bugger left the roles behind 😂arwell I remember years ago we got to zeka spur track for wanangatta and my dads mate forgot his sleeping bag so out come the pocket knife cut up a good quality king size dooner to make 2 😂😂😂 but it worked no 1 went cold atleast
Love the video mate! Good little bit of action and wheel lifts. Bummer about the burgers but athletes like you don’t need the carbs. Great area with everything you need in the one spot. Question - when are you doing the front live axle delete in favour of a Hilux IFS running gear swap? You must be stinging to get one back on Owen who always makes tough tracks look easy
I had plenty of carbs stored nice and cool in the fridge and got my car booked in with Sam eyles for the IFS swap out , should be good after that hopefully
Top video as usual. Some of those trails have certainly changed since I last did them last year. The rain has changed just about every trail everywhere! I don't own a Hilux so can I ask what that A.D.D. (I think you said) unit is that is giving issues?
Awesome episode as always mate. Can't stand it when there's rubbish like that left, good onya for picking it up. Real shame we have do that. How did your mate Owen's Drifta go? I'm thinking about getting that one and was wondering whether he liked it. The low weight is really what appeals to me, wondering what Owen's thoughts are on it?
Thanks mate , yeah the rubbish is a bit annoying but I don’t let it worry me and ruin the weekend, just pick it up and continue along. Owens tent is only new and that was his first night in it , he liked it and yes its one of the lighter ones so better on the roof. So after one night he is happy with it. Thanks for watching 🤠👍👍
Hey guys great video loved it. Just wanted to ask if possible could you post the exact tracks you took want to follow your route or I have a VMS if you could email us the xml file 😊
Hey mate, I don’t log and tracks or keep any record i just drive around 😂😂. I do know that area fairly well though. We just came in from rydal side down and made our way to firetruck hill ( it’s actually marked on google maps ) then at the top we headed down to the right making our way to the river , then basically following that track around the back of the lake , there is heaps to do in there as well , like more tracks etc 👍👍. Head out for a look around and you’ll find it all and maybe more 👍. Cheers shad
Thanks heaps mate would it be possible to grab your email address and wanted to send you something as I have never been before and your a professional 👍
@@shaddonaghue cheers for that. Did he have to do any chopping or move the front castor forward? Running 265/75/16 on mine, would like to go to 285/75/16 just not sure if they will fit. Have an adjustable 2 to 4 inch lift, so hoping it will work. New to all of this, lot's to work out.
The big v8 and no bread rolls! This has it all!
😂😂😂yep sure does, thanks for tuning in 👍.
Snakes, and spiders, and drop bears, and Yowies, and dingoes! Oh my!

Yeah mate, wasn’t too bad hey we just laughed it off, don’t worry though I won’t let him live it down.
Thanks for tuning in again mate
Yet another top vid guys. Keen to do more tracks/camping down Lithgow ways! Cheers
Thank mate, so much to do around lithgow area hey , some really good spots 👌👌

And Bunyips 😳😂😂😂😂
Nice video mate. Great watch as usual, I'll have to check this area out myself soon. Cheers Ryan
Thanks mate
Head up there for sure mate , such a great area
Great episode Shad. Looks like a fun weekend. I hope Owens car is ok.
Thanks for watching mate
Owen reckons he found a loose connection so seems to be ok now. Get Toyota to double check next service
Great clip Shad, I would love to do that track. I reckon we might have to arrange it mate. Cheers Steve
Cheers mate , yeah lets do it 👍
Firetruck looks a bit gnarly. Don’t think I’d like to try it by myself or without a spotter. Campsite looks great though.
Thanks mate , yeah definitely need a spotter on that hill. Plenty of other easier tracks to get down to the river though 👍.
Good one mate, love a good drive out that way, well done 👍👍
Thanks mate, sure is a good area
Such an amazing area,
I cannot wait to get back up there, hopefully soon.
Great video as always bud.
Thanks for watching mate , be great to see you back up this way filming another trip 👍👍
Another top little vid pal. The Lux ate that firetruck hill up for brekky!! Not sure if vehicle or driver ability?? Hahaha
You had one job Owen. 1 JOB!!
Yeah its a good car plus Owen can drive pretty good, had a good trainer 🤔😃.
Yeah 1 job 😂😂

Cheers mate , definitely changed heap up there , the add unit is what engages the front diff for 4wd activation

Great video. What size rims and tyres does Owen have on the Luxy?
285/70/17 tyres, not sure on the rims , they are 17s but not sure on width an offset.

Bottles should contain explosives so stuff happens when they're thrown in fires. They'd only do it once.
That would be awesome 😎
Bread is over rated anyway, good on you guys
Hahaha yep , sure is
Thanks mate 🤠
