Camped here with my girlfriend and another couple 16 years ago on our way to the beach. Minus 10 degrees C at 9.30pm. Brass monkey weather. My mates car froze overnight cracking a Welsh plug behind the starter motor. Spent the next day at Trunkey Ck waiting for a tilt tray to take it back to Sutherland. All part of the adventure and he now runs antifboil antifreeze instead of water as coolant. Lesson learned 😂 Even that electric saw wouldn’t have cut enough wood to keep us warm impressive though it is. Thanks for bringing back some great memories.
