    I agree the M4 is a great car. I’ve had mine for 62k miles with almost no problems. Before you get rid of your M4 I highly recommend you take it to the track if you haven’t already. Only there can you truly realized what this car is capable of.

      But does the m4 break down easily?

    • @inspectorchicken
      @inspectorchicken 5 лет назад +6

      @@2024trotter like every performance car; if you buy it new and stick to the service plan while taking care of it (warming up, high octane fuel) it will be reliable. If you buy it used then it's a lottery - you can't know why in particular the car has been sold and what damages it may had and how well the car has been treated. Nowadays performance cars usually sell on a company lease and the first owner/driver does not take very good care of - car is gone in 2 years and under full warranty in that period, so why go full nerd mode?

    To me personally the M4 is the best looking car in it's segment, it is my dream car. I had my 335 e92 for 10 years and it was custom tuned, nothing crazy but gave me a good kick in the back. I think, when replacing it, the important thing is that it feels motivated to do so in that the replacement has to be "worth it". You'll find something :)

    I'd love to have a more in depth access to the daily life to ppl like yourself who put such low mileage on your cars. I live in the USA and know ppl like you so its not the country, but I do get to go to a lot of places and drive a 2013 Evo X, maintenance is very cheap and very little compared to what I've seen on M4 so far, but in the 6 years I've had it (bought 2015) I've put about 160k (I bought it with 70k on already) and currently sitting right at 230k so per year I average right about 25k, its MT and so far the only thing I've had to chage is the A/C compressor at 190k, other than that still running strong. I am overall happy to hear your experience and that's a solid car because I definitely use mine and expect it to be reliable, great content, keep it up!

    Great review! I occasionally click on M3/M4 reviews to renew the love for my F80 with a 6 speed manual. Definitely a lot of bang for the buck.

    Honestly, James, 40,000 miles is nothing these days if you want to talk about reliability. All cars are pretty much bulletproof up to 36k (even tho you got a new transmission after a couple thousand, but we'll call that an anomaly).

    A fucking dream car right here. One thing about BMW, they make the best looking cars in my opinion. They look so damn aggressive.

    Do we need this many ads on such a short video? Everyone has to make money but there is a tipping point where they make people turn off completely.
