    I got me a 2018 M4. Had to special order to get the color and manual transmission. 5 years later, still absolutely in love with the car. it's an absolute beast.

      @@Tachyon836 Not a single issue. It's an expecionally built car. If you are debating getting one, I'd definitely recommend it. Just make sure to get a PPI.

      @@GracelessTarnished I've found one that has had over 20,000$ in repairs in the past 2 years and has had the crank hub fix.
      Car has roughly 60k miles and they're asking 28k for it as the depreciation curve is setting in.
      Thinking of pulling the trigger on it, just figured I'd ask about your experience as a long term owner.
      Got good feelings about it.

    • @GracelessTarnished
      @GracelessTarnished 10 месяцев назад +1

      @TurbhoeHDRemix I personally wouldn't trust vehicles with that many repairs and if they had a crank hub fix, then the car was most certainly modified, which i would also try to avoid. If I couldn't afford paying a bit more, I'd try to save for a few more months to get one that had no repairs. Just for a peace of mind.

    Have a beautiful 2020 M4 Heritage Edition back home. Just sits in the garage collecting dust. Only has 1800 miles. For me, I don't like the new M4 look. Glad I was able to get one.

    In my opinion the base M2 is not worth the money, it looks nice but you don’t get the S55 engine or the M style bucket seats, you get the B58 which is a good engine for tuning but those seats are trash. The only M2 worth buying is the M2 COMP that comes with the S55 & the M2 bucket seats

    • @Reoniz
      @Reoniz  2 года назад +1

      You actually get the N55, the B58 would be preferred as it's far more tunable and linear in its power delivery (not too far off the detuned S55 that you'd get in the M2C... but while the N55 is very reliable and sounds good, I'll agree with you that it lacks some of the sharpness of the S55 and thus makes the driving experience a bit inferior to the M2C (although the OG's do sound great)

    First, great video. Appreciate the detail, including some of the financial points and current market. I have a 2020 M4 Competition convertible. Lease expires in December. Mileage will be about 16k. It is a “garage queen” compounded by the pandemic with a lot less driving. Residual is $56k. Love the car and it’s like new. I’ve been leaning toward keeping it, and your video is helping me lean even harder in that direction. Thanks for the info, and again, nice work!

    • @Reoniz
      @Reoniz  2 года назад

      Thank you! The cars probably worth a bit more than its residual, but replacement cost is significant rn... keeping her is probably the best move if you enjoy what you got 😎
