I kinda wish they 1. Confirmed Milton was Roman's dad do that death has more impact 2. That one of the two cops either one was also a killer hiding the info so no evidence got linked to the actual killers like when they took in Roman but then released him for no reason which explains how he talked to sarah somehow and killed her despite being in the same building dressed up with others there saying everyone went home because there are more than 1 killers so the call didn't come from the killer in the building but also not just a cop but also I wish Angelina was also in on it so 3 not 2 killers for the first time maybe she was dating Roman then got betrayed but he needs to tell us she was in on it and they left in scenes where she is a killer in the script and maybe for sleeping with him she wanted to get back at Milton and the cop lost someone related to them in a previous film murder so they want to kill Sid out of blame 3. They didn't use the stupid nonsense gimmick voice changer...those are real fixes imo that everyone can agree with which enhance the film

The real true ending was actually going to be a group of teens obsessed with what happened to Sidney, and the group of teens was based of a famous murder spree at a school in California previous to the movies making.

The original script for this movie actually had Sidney returning to Woodsboro. Stu Macher, the accomplice from the first movie, was supposed to have been revealed to be alive, and he was supposed to orchestrate the new series of murders from prison with people from Woodsboro carrying them out. However, the Columbine shootings happened, and they decided to scrap that story, because teens would be the ones Stu would have had carrying out the murders. The show “The Following” was made using that premise though.

It was not the first time that happened it happened in other Scream movies as well. It was in the audio commentaries that's why in Scream 4 they went to knifes an things. With no points at all basically if someone was being stabbed it was just the handle they CGI the blade or anything else attached to the handle. It saved alot of people from accidentally getting hurt.

in the original script Angelina was the second killer and if you watch the movie again you can see how that would be true. i don’t remember why they didn’t go through with it though.
Fun facts: The murder scenes had to be toned down because of Columbine. Stu was actually suppose to come back as the killer but the script leaked multiple times. Angelina was meant to be the 2nd killer. Since this was a Harvey Weinstein production, Wes Craven (may he rest in peace) hinted at Harvey be a sexual predator with Angelina having to screw the director to get ahead. (metro movement). Rose Mcgown from the first Scream was assaulted by Weinstein. Scream 5 just finished filming this past week. January 2020! OH great series reaction so far. Scream 4 is the best sequel in my opinion. It narrowly beats Scream 2.

I’m with Dallas… yelling Deon Richmond’s characters name from Sister Sister😂 I fucking love him so I simply called him Jordan.. I recommend the Hatchet franchise. Deon Richmond (Jordan from Sister Sister), is in the first Hatchet movie (2006), and he’s really funny and amazing in that movie!!
The whole explosion death scene is sooo stupid and non-sensical, as well as corny/cartoony. BUT… for me, it’s also a TON of stupid fun. LOL. Thus, overall, I’mma say that I actually like it! (Which I know puts me in the minority, but that’s okay!!)

If you can find it Fear Clinic is a interesting take. On horror movies it's a nother lesser known . Horror movie staring Robert England . Even if you watch it off camera because its not . Your standard horror movie with look out for the killer plot . Also mini peaple may not know but Robert Englund was in . Allot of horror movies other than The Nightmare on elm Street movies.
Watching Scream 3 now I am surprised with how much of the commentary on Hollywood and sex (both forced by the superiors, and used as a tool to gain something by the actors) they managed to get away. Especialy that Weinstein was the producer. And there's more stuff like that. For example when Romand (the director) says something like "All I wanted to do was a classic love story, and studio made me do a scry movie, now we're shot down and I am f*cked." That was (probably) written by Wes craven. Craven always tried to direct non horrors. Weinsteins knew it, and they offered him directing whatever he chooses from their catalogue, but he has to do Scream 2 and 3 first. After Scream 3 Craven finaly directed a non horror movie with Meryl Streep - Music of the heart. Streep got an Oscar nomination, which I guess made Craven happy. But he mentioned the studio had big problems with his name attached to the movie, while promoting it. In general a lot of Scream 3 was written on the go by Craven, and few other writters (besides the credited one), as original writter Kevin Williamson was too busy to come back. Actually Stus' come back was the original Williamson's idea. He would survive the TV kill, and be the mastermind behind the group of students who would do the killings., directing their actions from behind the bars. The idea was dropped after Columbine, and Willimason had to do other things. Studio however didn't want to wait, and they proceed with very rushed production. As you can see this part is not so bloody and very violent (the whole debate about horrros and viedo games influenciong kids started again.) At some point studio wanted it to be bloodless, but Craven protested, and said it won't be called Scream then. To add some more intensity to pretty tamed movie, Craven wrote the dream scene with ghost mother, which feels bit more like Elm Street than Scream, still it's pretty effective, and helps to establish Sidney as a nerve wreck in this part. Cheers.

@@SomethingCinema So far, based on all the interviews and press statments, it looks like the new Scream was approached with passion and care but the right people, who both respect the original, and want to move things forward. Of course I have some concerns, as master Craven is no longer here to direct. Still, I am rather optimistic. Original writter of the Scream is the producer and the mentor, also there is no studio rushing and fucking the things up this time around!
Originally Angelina would have been Roman's partner, but the director felt that Roman hooking up with the actress playing the sister he wants to kill would be a bit... iffy.
Sorry adopted cousins this is the wackest of the series. I wasn't feeling it, it's like an episode of Scooby doo. The characters are running around the mansion with their heads cut off.
It's the worst of the 4 movies but not a bad movie. It is funnier and less gory than the other movies because they got a lot of pressure at the time for violence in movies (following colombine). This is too bad but they still managed to make something that works lore wise and character wise.

in the original script Angelina was the second killer and if you watch the movie again you can see how that would be true. i don’t remember why they didn’t go through with it though.

Fun facts: The murder scenes had to be toned down because of Columbine. Stu was actually suppose to come back as the killer but the script leaked multiple times. Angelina was meant to be the 2nd killer. Since this was a Harvey Weinstein production, Wes Craven (may he rest in peace) hinted at Harvey be a sexual predator with Angelina having to screw the director to get ahead. (metro movement). Rose Mcgown from the first Scream was assaulted by Weinstein. Scream 5 just finished filming this past week. January 2020! OH great series reaction so far. Scream 4 is the best sequel in my opinion. It narrowly beats Scream 2.

Your standard horror movie with look out for the killer plot . Also mini peaple may not know but Robert Englund was in . Allot of horror movies other than The Nightmare on elm Street movies.

Watching Scream 3 now I am surprised with how much of the commentary on Hollywood and sex (both forced by the superiors, and used as a tool to gain something by the actors) they managed to get away.
Especialy that Weinstein was the producer.
And there's more stuff like that.
For example when Romand (the director) says something like "All I wanted to do was a classic love story, and studio made me do a scry movie, now we're shot down and I am f*cked."
That was (probably) written by Wes craven.
Craven always tried to direct non horrors.
Weinsteins knew it, and they offered him directing whatever he chooses from their catalogue, but he has to do Scream 2 and 3 first.
After Scream 3 Craven finaly directed a non horror movie with Meryl Streep - Music of the heart.
Streep got an Oscar nomination, which I guess made Craven happy.
But he mentioned the studio had big problems with his name attached to the movie, while promoting it.
In general a lot of Scream 3 was written on the go by Craven, and few other writters (besides the credited one), as original writter Kevin Williamson was too busy to come back.
Actually Stus' come back was the original Williamson's idea.
He would survive the TV kill, and be the mastermind behind the group of students who would do the killings., directing their actions from behind the bars.
The idea was dropped after Columbine, and Willimason had to do other things.
Studio however didn't want to wait, and they proceed with very rushed production.
As you can see this part is not so bloody and very violent (the whole debate about horrros and viedo games influenciong kids started again.)
At some point studio wanted it to be bloodless, but Craven protested, and said it won't be called Scream then.
To add some more intensity to pretty tamed movie, Craven wrote the dream scene with ghost mother, which feels bit more like Elm Street than Scream, still it's pretty effective, and helps to establish Sidney as a nerve wreck in this part.

But I blame the rushed production.

@@SomethingCinema So far, based on all the interviews and press statments, it looks like the new Scream was approached with passion and care but the right people, who both respect the original, and want to move things forward.
Of course I have some concerns, as master Craven is no longer here to direct.
Still, I am rather optimistic.
Original writter of the Scream is the producer and the mentor, also there is no studio rushing and fucking the things up this time around!
All great point... it's been 10 years since the last one so we expect something new but also respecting the original
Originally Angelina would have been Roman's partner, but the director felt that Roman hooking up with the actress playing the sister he wants to kill would be a bit... iffy.
Fun facts... love it... and we can see her being his partner.
Sorry adopted cousins this is the wackest of the series. I wasn't feeling it, it's like an episode of Scooby doo. The characters are running around the mansion with their heads cut off.

It's the worst of the 4 movies but not a bad movie. It is funnier and less gory than the other movies because they got a lot of pressure at the time for violence in movies (following colombine). This is too bad but they still managed to make something that works lore wise and character wise.
