i was thinking the same,it s amazing how she started from being the most different artist in contemporary music, filled of beats, loops, strange instruments...to move on expoerimenting with more classical intsruments, then choirs, strippin it down til the core, doping an album with just voices, to then start anew with a renewed consciousness about music and melodies and search of inspiration .....to end up here in a sorta Classical Concert but totally Bjork Style.... i m astonished so far (finished hearing joga now)........her look is incredible, her voice sounds good as before, and the vocal and lyrical expression is excellent...the Orchestra really enhances her dramathic feel ,i love this
modern day opera/classical music. her music always transports me into the cosmos. how she is able to create music that is so beautiful and interesting and mesmerizing is beyond anything that any human has ever done on this planet. we are so blessed to experience her.
I watched this live and I am still in so much awe! Her range is phenomenal, Pleasure is all Mine blew me away. Voice perfect with an orchestra and as well as a choir. Insane!
Her voice is so good and unique that she could perform all of this a cappella, and it'd sound great and be just as compelling. I like how the orchestration is never overpowering, but a nice complement to her singing. She's a real talent and artist.
I appreciate her contribution to music, but beyond the theatrical elements, it’s the musicians she hires who truly shine. As a singer, both in studio and live, her talent and interpretive skills fall below average. If you separate her from the musicians, the difference is clear. The musicians' work stands strong on its own, while her voice lacks the same impact. Still, I get why people, myself included, continue to support her for all she’s given us.
I missed her Coachella performance. I'm so glad that I can watch this. This is probably the closest I'll get to see her live. Been a fan since Venus As A Boy played in the background in the movie The Professional or Leon. Bjork, if you read this, you have fans in Hawaii. I would love it if you came to perform in Honolulu. We have volcanic activity on Hawaiʻi Island. Mahalo for your music.
Jesus christ i love Bjork so much. It’s like her, and her music, is evolving over time, like a fungus overgrowing the earth. Shes like a deity of song and flora and fauna and pure cosmic energy.
Could do away with the orchestra and do a concert with the duo Mozart Heroes. If you've never listened to Mozart Heroes you should, they are awesome, especially the guitarist when he plays the 24 string guitar. They play cross over music Ike David Garrett, and Two Cellos. I saw David Garrett in Miami and the tickets cost $650 a piece.
The costumes are amazing, I agree - but also so much distracting from the very performance ! Once I see the Predator on stage, I can't unsee it... Can you ?
Her whimsical, soaring vocals are the sugar around the medicine I have in learning to use git. Her high tones are delightful, rounded, sweet. This long form recording is a treat. Thanks! Wow, in English! Perspective of human experience is awesomely delivered.
Mmmm! A truly amazing artist and probably one of the most innovative and individual voices in contemporary music. It’s quite an achievement to put together over three hours of music which requires an inordinate amount of stamina. Kudos! I’ve seen her quite a few times live through the years and I must say that her voice doesn’t seem to have its usual power and command in this performance that I’ve experienced in the past. But what an incredible artist:)))
she had vocal nodule surgery around 2012, and she's also in her late fifties. she can't howl or screech like her younger days, but her voice definitely still has a lot of power and weight.
There is no other human on the planet that causes more emotion in me than Björk. For over 30 years I have smiled laughed cried and been moved by her beautiful music and person. This performance is absolutely perfect and I couldn’t imagine a better way to spend this time ❤
I was lucky enough to see this format in Montreux jazz this year, and for me, as a big fan of Bjork, I think this is probably her best live work, and feel really blessed to have experienced her genius. A true gift to us all. Congrats to this young conductor who worked with her to arrange her masterpieces to this small orchestra format.
Once again we witness how her voice is powerful magic! Bravo Bjork and thank you for this offering of beauty. The arrangement is spectacular and the lack of drums and percussions makes this concert very intimate. You are such a fearless ageless poetess 🙌
God bless her, hearing her power through every song is just beautiful to see her still going, what an inspiration. Hearing her sing joga was just beatiful
An absolutely incredible performance from an entire artist! What happiness 🙏. Thank you so much Bjork for redefining the music of the future, women are always leading the way. I love your sensitivity so much. You are a model to follow and the years will prove you right and give you all the honors you deserve, much more than today.

Love Bjork so much. I remember getting her album post on cassette tape in 96 when I was a teenager in middle school. I used to listen to it Alot. None of my other friends liked her stuff but I was into all kinds of music and found her music to be extremely soulful and inspiring. I thank bjork because I learned so much from her and truly have lived free to just be myself. That's all we really need to do. Learn to just be ourselves, love who we are, and work on becoming better. Enjoy the ride and give everything your best shot. You are worthy. *Chase initiation and ascend. I believe in you*

I hope she will realese a blu ray/cd box of this. We desperately need a new Björk live album and these shows where just perfect for that!
Just download this video!
@@jondoe7862 we need a physical release!!
@@jmblacksone1076 Why? That is more product that will end up in the ocean later.

this version of new world is heavenly beautiful, i’m crying
It’s so perfect, Bjork is amazing 😍😍😍😍
It literally just came on for me and I was wondering if anyone else commented. It sounds better than the original.
I get emotional witnessing such a lasting, beautiful and faithful relationship, Björk and her SM58.
She sings "Ive seen It all" more personal than ever, I LOVE it
This has to be Bjork’s concert masterpiece
I think that is the vespertine live show from around 2001 (haven't seen them all though)
This is the second, the one at the royal opera house it's still the best
ISOBELLE...
i was thinking the same,it s amazing how she started from being the most different artist in contemporary music, filled of beats, loops, strange instruments...to move on expoerimenting with more classical intsruments, then choirs, strippin it down til the core, doping an album with just voices, to then start anew with a renewed consciousness about music and melodies and search of inspiration .....to end up here in a sorta Classical Concert but totally Bjork Style.... i m astonished so far (finished hearing joga now)........her look is incredible, her voice sounds good as before, and the vocal and lyrical expression is excellent...the Orchestra really enhances her dramathic feel ,i love this
Her vocals are not that great tbh... :/
This gave me so much consolation while we were in lockdown for the 3rd time last year. Makes me teary all over again.
we're in monkeypox pandemic right now l0l
modern day opera/classical music. her music always transports me into the cosmos. how she is able to create music that is so beautiful and interesting and mesmerizing is beyond anything that any human has ever done on this planet. we are so blessed to experience her.
Orchestral Unison brings me to tears so strongly
It’s the most beautiful song in the set for sure
@@dvcrlsn new world?
björk is so eclectic, I found myself engrossed and mesmerised, not only by her body language, of her vocal meaning, all in all her present.
Hearing this version of ive seen it all has offically changed me as a person. Im feeling so much rn
Beautiful
I hope this stays up, I’m so glad I found this.
best believe i downloaded this shit
Oh my god her voice on Oceania is out of this world! Definitely the best vocal performance here
easily one of her best vocal performances in over a decade considering how her voice has changed and she was able to perform in the same key.
I watched this live and I am still in so much awe! Her range is phenomenal, Pleasure is all Mine blew me away. Voice perfect with an orchestra and as well as a choir. Insane!
Soo lucky! Wish she would do a NA tour... she seems to only be going to the same areas everytime :x
Where was it?
@@tamaraseija3522 Iceland
No way I live Oahu fellow Bjork fan
(i have brilliant musical friends in Honolulu, but...) Next time, come to San Francisco!
Aloha from Hawai’i 🌺
Background music like this while working is one of the most fantastic things of our time 😄
que arte... que concierto mas legendario... Una diosa.
Jesus christ i love Bjork so much. It’s like her, and her music, is evolving over time, like a fungus overgrowing the earth. Shes like a deity of song and flora and fauna and pure cosmic energy.
This redefines musical masterpiece, what en exhaustive concert of music. The costumes are amazing
Don't like at all the costumes
Could do away with the orchestra and do a concert with the duo Mozart Heroes. If you've never listened to Mozart Heroes you should, they are awesome, especially the guitarist when he plays the 24 string guitar. They play cross over music Ike David Garrett, and Two Cellos. I saw David Garrett in Miami and the tickets cost $650 a piece.
The costumes are amazing, I agree - but also so much distracting from the very performance ! Once I see the Predator on stage, I can't unsee it... Can you ?
A vew words are to many
It is all about the song, she ain't pretty eighter🎉
Im in tears of happiness 😢😊 love you Björk, your music makes my day a little bit comfortable to live.
Hearing that rendition of "New World" made me super emotional. That's one of my top 10 favorite Björk songs. 🥲
3.5 hours of pure quality. Björk is what this world needs more of.
Never thought I could hear the live version of "New world" here,it was so so beautiful !!
these moments with her singing solo with the male choir just giving me a small hope that someday she will make a full album with male choirs / pianos
in wich Song?
@@federico7367 During Where Is The Line beginning but theres plenty of moments during the 2nd show overall.
I HOPE THIS IS SOON. I FEEL LOVE
Her whimsical, soaring vocals are the sugar around the medicine I have in learning to use git. Her high tones are delightful, rounded, sweet. This long form recording is a treat. Thanks! Wow, in English! Perspective of human experience is awesomely delivered.
What a uniquely special voice ! I’m so glad she took the musical direction she did after the Sugar Cubes.
The live version of Oceania was insane, just a very ambitious thing to pull off.
I agree it's not as strong... but it made me feel like I was sitting in front of a fire listening to someone tell beautiful stories.
NO ONE GONNA TALK ABOUT HOW HER SONGS ARE SO WELL PRODUCED, THE PLUTO, JOGÁ, WHO IS IT IN THIS LIVE IS JUST PERFECT
There is no other human on the planet that causes more emotion in me than Björk. For over 30 years I have smiled laughed cried and been moved by her beautiful music and person. This performance is absolutely perfect and I couldn’t imagine a better way to spend this time ❤
MERVEILLE de MERVEILLE ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! . Sa musique , c'est un cri ! ! ! ! , mais , un cri plein de beauté ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
I’m glad the RUclips rabbit hole I was in brought me here. This is amazing
She's really out of this World...truly from another Dimension !...
Oceania was just… i can’t even find words just listen
OMG I never thought Pluto would make me cry 😭 such a genius!!
?????
She is so amazing! Unbelivable!
Cada día más obsesionado con esta mujer😍
Majestuosas piezas de arte que interpreta💕
One of the most creative, couragous and talentuous artist !
My favorite siging voice ever. The transitions are stunning. The string compilations are amazing. Long live Bjork.
Oh Björk you’re a super fantastic singer, artist and performer, you’re really absolute unique in your kind. Music in my ears and head❤️❤️❤️
A concerto, a performance, a recital, a piece of art, all of the above combined into Björk Live.
BRILLIANT ! She's like no other artist. 👍
She is one of the greatest artists of our time. I loved watching these shows when they happened. Thank you for bringing them back to me❤
Once again we witness how her voice is powerful magic!
Probablement. La plus grande artiste de tout temps
Pourtant j’écoute de la teck
Wouldn't it be epic if she and Aurora collaborated? Must be a great honor for Aurora too. I love them both!
Omg i thought of this too and i would simply MELT if that happened
how björk songs can be so beautiful 😭❤️ she saved my life
An absolutely incredible performance from an entire artist! What happiness 🙏.
Thank you so much Bjork for redefining the music of the future, women are always leading the way. I love your sensitivity so much.
You are a model to follow and the years will prove you right and give you all the honors you deserve, much more than today.
stonemilker is one of the most beautiful pieces i´ve ever heard.

Björk art is just a total masterpiece. I have no words how much her music means to me 59:41
I just lost my fiancé three weeks ago and this performance of that song has been one of the few consolations I’ve had. She’s an angel for me right now.
MOTHER!
I believe in you*
Bjork is a genius. For all her songs. This is a beatiful the most beautiful concert along with her other concerts. Bjork is just beautiful genius music. WOW JUST WOW..... 🎁🍦💓🌎😀
She always creates a new worlds, she’s absolutely genius
