Tiger was voiced by Brian Drummond the original Vegeta dub voice and Zechs from gundam wing. Hare was double D in Ed, Edd, n Eddy, and Suezo was duo in Gundam wing
This was my favorite anime as a kid! We had an Arabic version of it, and I especially remember this episode where the main character, Gaku (who was called Jawad in Arabic), was pulled back to the real world and remembered his friends. It was a very emotional scene, and I remember crying so much. Thank you for bringing back such good memories.
I had your video running in my pocket and when you got to @4:00 I didn’t know what you were talking about, but I thought to myself about this episode and how it was one of the best most memorable ones in the whole series. Genki’s fight against Dragoon was epic. Then I actually watched the video and you WERE talking about that episode!
@KingKasper ok but explain why Canada's Tvy7&us'es cartoon network never showed season two then cuz I don't remember seeing it in America????????????????????????
This one of those videos I watch at least once a week. The music choice, the script, it’s dope. It makes me nostalgic, the vibe this video has is how I used to feel watching Monster Rancher. In the 90’s Saturday morning Era of Pokémon, Digimon, and Beyblade, this anime fit right in. I love how they gave Genki roller blades to fight in, real 90’s extreme sports aesthetics (the same vibe the original Beyblade dub went for) during a time where Pokémon had bikes as a thing. And I salute Ocean Studios for their great dub of this show, and even dubbing season 2/3. Dub Genki in the last season is Andrew Francis going through teenage vocal hormones, giving him a deeper performance and early insight to the classic voice actor many fans know Andrew Francis for today.
@KingKasper well not all 90's anime were Awesome Fighting foodons need I say more As a Half Mexican I found the Taco Foodon Absolute Offense period!#can't speak for others but I bet they felt same of there foodon stereotypes of there race!

@@Rob_Thorsman well to be fair the context there is important because Pokémon involves competition between Pokémon while Monster Rancher is about saving the world. That said in season 3 of Monster Rancher Genki is giving orders like Ash because those episodes involve a lot of monster to monster competition
Ok but why was it called Rancher? Lol there was no farm or agricultural duties in sight. Perhaps the creature collecting aspect? But then again that wasn’t really a thing either. Idk. Weird name.
I think this may be because not all farms are for raising crops, some are for livestock as well. Not that the monsters were for consumption, but in the games you raise them to enter into tournaments that net you money if you win. So I guess it’s still a farm since you raise monsters for money.
Who else had this game on ps1? 🎮

That's dope! I swear anime in this era had such a special vibe

"I am your father"
Darth Vader vibes haha
Man’s called the Big Bad 4 “The Large Awful 4” 💀
Pull up to the scene wit my ceiling missing
Never seen this before. Looks dope. Reminds me of digimon and the kid looks like the one from beyblade imo
Ya this show was so dope but those 2 definitely overshadowed it by far
I never cared for Pokémon but I always liked Monster Rancher because it took itself fairly seriously with the story
I agree! Pokemon anime was too kiddy compared to the videogames so anime wise monster rancher won
@@KingKasper and the character development as well, you really wanted them all to improve themselves and be better

Yep that's what I'm thinking. Just a cool name to say you own some monsters and might spend enough time with em that they learn some ish 🤣
