I agree 100% with this delicious list . I was Blessed to be able to travel to Paris and London in '22 and Loved the foods in both a Lot. There is Nothing like a Fresh , Superbly crafted Croissant from a Patisserie in Paris. My stomach has made Me promise to return visit. I would Love to visit each country listed and try the original dishes there. I would QUICKLY learn the word for Mild ,Please ... in every dialect I would need there. ;-)
