What I plan to do and what one of my good friends did when he started out, was just take the bike at early hours in the morning. Not sure if you're comfy with that, but once you get more comfortable on the bike, you can take it on the street or freeway, and then just circle back around. Like, just take it around your block a few times to practice braking, shifting, leaning, etc. Then when you're ready for the freeway, just get on and get off haha then circle back to that on-ramp lol And since we can split lanes in California, just imagine doing that with little to no cars at that hour. Or, attempt to split with a car you feel comfortable passing in the carpool (if and when you're ready for that). Just my two cents lol You're gonna do awesome. Makes me wanna get my bike already lol xD

Oh yeah that sounds like a really good honestly! I was honestly thinking of just one night when my friend is free to just go riding in the middle of the night. When there are hardly any cars. I know it’s a lot scarier to ride at night but I feel like that would be the best way since most of the roads would be empty! But I do have the itch to just take the bike on the street! Lol even though I know I shouldn’t without my license! But who cares right?

@@RoosayCapdet LOL I still think you should ride with your friend when you guys are able to until you're more comfortable. No judgments, but as far as the license goes, I'd be super careful. Not only as a new rider and your own safety, but God forbid a cop decides to pick you to pull over for whatever reason. I know what you mean about the itch, and if you wanna do that on the street late at night, if it's around the block, cool, but just be cautious about the cops. Your safety is number 1, after all. Like I said, no judgments. At the end of the day, it's totally your choice :)

Yeah I’m trying my best to get my license soon but the course is so expensive and the only day that I can really do it is Monday and Tuesday’s. And they don’t have any openings anytime soon! But like I said in the video I’m just gonna get comfortable in an empty parking lot for a while :) maybe just go on the street for a little and turn around lol.

Hey brother! In my honest opinion I do believe 600 are a good beginner bike. I would highly recommend taking the motorcycle course. They teach you everything you need to know on how to ride. And you can get a feel for how “fast” the smaller CC bikes are. Then kind of gauge what a 600 would feel like. But in the end it all depends how you ride and how much you respect the bike. Hope that helps man! If and when you do get a bike ride safe brother!
