I've been researching for an all around full function scanner for quite some time. Autel,Foxwell and Launch. watching alot of your videos on this Autel mp808ts. I think this is the one I'm planning too purchase. I'm a DIYer and it so far has everything I like....the TPMS function , key programming and its bidirectional are a big plus....and enjoy your videos as well.

I was sceptical about Toyota keys since they have such a complicated security steps but now I know it works, it must be able to work on my lexus as well. I'm pretty sure the coding for this is the same, thanks. Good video

do you know if the MX808S-TS can adjust the milage on a 2017 Mercedes GLS (changing from the original miles to one with km)? also, is reprogramming of a key to my car possible, if i buy a used one from ebay?
Not sure of the mileage edit, but I'm 100% sure that as at today, the only way to program a 2017 Mercedes is at the dealer! The 2014's and below are programmable but with advanced key programmers

Hello. I haven't checked with the tool yet, but on Autel's coverage page it shows that the MP808TS supports Key Matching. It doesn't clearly say if it would read the pin code directly. I would check with the tool in a bit and revert.

Hey Syntappi, Some goodnews! I checked the tool and went into - Service menu - Immobilizer - Immobilizer.. It greeted me with just 2 options: "Read password" and "Key matching". They were several options for reading the password under the first option. I then visited Key Matching tab and it said "the function is applicable to 2nd, 3rd and 3.5 generation immobilizer key matching." It further stated that to conclude key matching you should first obtain the security login code by immobilizer code reading in special functions. I guess its left for you to find out what immobilizer your cars have. If within those listed above, it looks like it would read the pins... If you do go ahead with buying, do let me know how it goes. Best of luck!

I just got a MK808Z its looks similar to yours. I have a 2009 Tundra with only one key that works. Will I be able to program another one? The key I have for it I don't believe is the master key (it wont open the glove box or tailgate) Thanks for the video!
To further confirm if it's the master, once you put it in the ignition, the security light should stop blinking immediately. If its a valet, it will blink a bit after insertion before it goes off. You'll need a Master either way if your going to use just the MK808Z
So I checked the function viewer menu and these are the special functions supported: 1. Passive anti-theft system (PATS) functions 2. Remote keyless entry 3. Factory keyless entry code It doesn't specifically list key registration. It states it can do key fob programming, erase etc. I can post a screenshot on the community section if you want see what the Ford immobilizer service menu looks like on the MP808TS. Just let me know.
This looks just like what my 2009 Taurus let me do without a scanner. Ford has a process that you can do without a scanner , at least on certain years.
For Honda I am sure, yes. For Toyota, not sure. You can check Autel coverage tool here. autel.com/vehicle-coverage/coverage2 I'll try to check when next I have the tool in a Toyota.
So I had to get a new car key bc I lost mine for a couple days. The locksmith programmed the new key to my car but why doesn’t my old car key work anymore?
The locksmith must have done an "all keys lost" procedure. This is the recommended procedure in the event of loss of keys. It deletes all key records in the immobilizer memory, and only adds the newly programmed key. You can take the old key back to the locksmith to add it back. Cheers.
It's very important to buy from an authorised dealer. Also good to inform the dealer if purchasing from another region so that region lock issues are cleared before hand.

Yes, but not all cars. Specifically I mean it will be able to add keys to some brands. It won't clone keys, if that's what you mean.

Chipped keys introduced from 2005. You are correct, the 2004 doesn't use transponder keys.

Yes. Key programming for newer years only at the dealership for now. Not sure of odometer rollback support.

Yes. There some cars where this can be done without a scanner. My 2003 Honda Accord can also be programmed without a scanner using an existing key.
Will this work with a valet key?
You can add a valet key using this device, but if its just a valet key that you have, Toyota demands that only master keys be used to add others.

Do have chips a toyota altis 2004
I am not 100% sure, but considering that Toyota started using chip keys from the 2005 Corolla, the Altis may not have chips in the key.
