It's really great that you show the entire process. Many videos will state that they have dry feet, but show footage of perfectly pedecured soles! As a guy I get harder heels and found this very helpful. Thank you!
As a nail technician, watching this both relaxes and freaks me out at the same time...I have seen clients come in with way more calluses built up around toenails because of way too much cutting and most of the cutting is on living skin and not dead skin. They look very similar, that’s why it’s hard to tell even with trained eyes. When you first trim them, you won’t see the difference but after a few days or weeks, calluses start to build up thicker to protect your toenails, so the more you cut the faster and thicker they grow back on top of there’ll be a potential of exposure to bacteria which can cause traumas to your nails. I love the way you present your videos but I’d appreciate it more if you both aware and inform your audience about the potential of damage. Last but not least, again this is based on my own experience as a professional, I have seen lots of damaged nails, for those who wants to try this by yourself at home, instead of using metal cuticle pusher, it’s better to use an orange-wood stick to push back cuticles, too much pressure can cause permanent damage on your nail bed. It can cause your nail textures to change permanently. So please be extra careful. Blessings 🙏
Hi I agree. That's why it's so satisfying. Too much is being cut. It comes back...gets cut again. I only push back with my thumb nail. I bought a metal kit and I thought I was being gentle but it bled slightly. Now thumb nail only. I will try an orange stick. Or the soft plastic one. Thank you.

In this time of covid 19 this was a very welcome video. I actually gave myself a pedicure and it was this video and the links that gave me the confidence to do a pedicure. It actually works and looks fantastic. No reason to risk getting sick over ugly feet. The the savings was a very nice incentive ! Thank you 🙏

yup , totally normal, the nail is constantly growing so the cuticle grows with it. and calluses happen cause we wear shoes, which arent always the best pressure wise.
I feel like I always do my cuticles wrong. They look nice and smooth after they are pushed back, trimmed, oiled, and all. But after a day or 2. The cuticles start to look dry and brittle. What am I doing wrong?
That means their dry.. just like skin and fingernail cuticles u gotta oil/moisturize everyday.. if their super dry b4 bed put some vaseline on them (a good layer) and all over ur foot and put some socks on, go to sleep and when u wake up the next day they will look and feel better
yup, like KaoticNailz said they’re just dry. With wearing shoes theres more friction on the toes, and the cotton in our socks absorb the moisture from our skin. So putting a heavy balm, oil, or body butter before bed is a great habit. I put a silicone sock on top, so the oil stays put while i lounge around before calling it a night.
For me ive noticed if i cut them too much with cuticle clippers they start to go haywire..instead of going clipping happy try a cuticle remover and just push the cuticles back and rub the rest off! The nails will grow back healthier too ☺️

WOW! I came across this by accident while trying to find my favorite ASMR vids! I am a very “masculine” man, I repair Abrams battle tanks for the Army :-) but I LOVE keeping my feet NOT looking like a caveman appendage!! MANY of the things you were doing to the sides of your big toes, I have been trying to do, but I NEVER considered going to get a pedicure! :-) THANK YOU for showing what tools are used and how, because although I can’t imagine WHY “your” feet should like they did after only 3 “WEEKS”, you made them look AMAZING afterwards!! I am going to try to find me a place where they can do exactly this for ME! I like to surprise my friends when I show up to the beach and they see MY 50 year old feet! Take care!!

I did my own pedicure for the first time since nail salons are requiring masks. I’d rather do my nails at home mask free. My feet came out great, and I get them exactly as I want them!
Me too. Mines will never do this b/c they sweat too much. Unless I have on sandals they will smell. I now use Lume deodorant and a paste tube for my feet now. So now when I take off my shoes and socks at least they dont let smell anymore. Just in case you experience this too.
I never thought I’d say this because I really don’t like anything to do with feet...but your feet are so nice!!! I aim to soak and file my feet once a week but I’ve noticed it just isn’t cutting it😭 This was also somewhat satisfying and relaxing to watch lol
I really wanted it too lol. I found a glass foot file on Amazon that was a bit cheaper and I love it :) It hasn't worn out either, I'm guessing because it is sandblasted glass. I clean it with soap and sometimes an old toothbrush if there's buildup, but usually soap and water does the trick. The con is well, you have to be careful with it because while it's sturdy it still is glass and can shatter. Ofc I'm not Ariane and I know everyone's preferences are different, but I've loved mine and would venture to say it'd be a good substitute (though I haven't tried the Diamencel)

I love using glass files on my nails, it is not that harsh on nails like the files yoy used on your feet. Also i noticed after i started using the glass ones my nails never looked better and the tips are stronger

I’ve recently developed an interest in to doing pedicures and find this really informing. Could you please do a video on how to achieve soft and moisturised hands. I always try to keep my hands moisture but they still don’t feel soft
Tols I make one with sugar and coconut oil, it moisturises my hands at the same time and they feel soft and supple without moisturiser. However you can make coffee scrubs , lemon scrubs etc. It depends on what scent you want, but personally I’d recommend the coconut oil one because it also hydrates

To help with excess buildup of dry / dead skin Here a routine I used Heat candle wax in the microwave Rub on feet Wrapped plastic wrap around feet put on a pair socks Keeps feet soft and with less build up Very Good routine as well for cracked heels . Give it try

sure, i can create one, but itll be the same as everything listed above. i have other tools that i use, but these are what id consider to be the basics.

I think in the past I never scrubbed enough callous off. My heels always cracked and when I would scrub them with whatever tool (I’ve used them all) the crack would just split further. Repeat the soaking is the key. It literally took me 2 1/2 hours of soaking and scrubbing, but my heel is not at all painful and the crack is GONE GONE. Also Ima always cut my cuticles and if they grow back Ima cut them again

My Mom taught me to do my own feet. I am so much more satisfied when I do them myself. Only I know my feet and what they need. And it's much cheaper.

WOW! I came across this by accident while trying to find my favorite ASMR vids! I am a very “masculine” man, I repair Abrams battle tanks for the Army :-) but I LOVE keeping my feet NOT looking like a caveman appendage!! MANY of the things you were doing to the sides of your big toes, I have been trying to do, but I NEVER considered going to get a pedicure! :-) THANK YOU for showing what tools are used and how, because although I can’t imagine WHY “your” feet should like they did after only 3 “WEEKS”, you made them look AMAZING afterwards!! I am going to try to find me a place where they can do exactly this for ME! I like to surprise my friends when I show up to the beach and they see MY 50 year old feet! Take care!!

I did my own pedicure for the first time since nail salons are requiring masks. I’d rather do my nails at home mask free. My feet came out great, and I get them exactly as I want them!
I have sweaty feet so my feet never get like this but I low-key wish they did so I could buff them away lol so satisfying
Me too. Mines will never do this b/c they sweat too much. Unless I have on sandals they will smell. I now use Lume deodorant and a paste tube for my feet now. So now when I take off my shoes and socks at least they dont let smell anymore. Just in case you experience this too.

I really wanted it too lol. I found a glass foot file on Amazon that was a bit cheaper and I love it :) It hasn't worn out either, I'm guessing because it is sandblasted glass. I clean it with soap and sometimes an old toothbrush if there's buildup, but usually soap and water does the trick. The con is well, you have to be careful with it because while it's sturdy it still is glass and can shatter.
Ofc I'm not Ariane and I know everyone's preferences are different, but I've loved mine and would venture to say it'd be a good substitute (though I haven't tried the Diamencel)

Try using 1 cup if listerine, 1 cup of vinegar, and 2 cups of warm water... that will make your skin on your feet super soft
I love using glass files on my nails, it is not that harsh on nails like the files yoy used on your feet. Also i noticed after i started using the glass ones my nails never looked better and the tips are stronger

I’ve recently developed an interest in to doing pedicures and find this really informing. Could you please do a video on how to achieve soft and moisturised hands. I always try to keep my hands moisture but they still don’t feel soft
hands are tricky because we wash them so often, so i just keep hand cream with me at all times. thats it!

Tols I make one with sugar and coconut oil, it moisturises my hands at the same time and they feel soft and supple without moisturiser. However you can make coffee scrubs , lemon scrubs etc. It depends on what scent you want, but personally I’d recommend the coconut oil one because it also hydrates

To help with excess buildup of dry / dead skin
Here a routine I used
Heat candle wax in the microwave
Rub on feet
Wrapped plastic wrap around feet put on a pair socks
Keeps feet soft and with less build up
Very Good routine as well for cracked heels . Give it try
I started giggling at you filling your foot, now I've got my own hidden. That's how ticklish my feet are! 😂

sure, i can create one, but itll be the same as everything listed above. i have other tools that i use, but these are what id consider to be the basics.

First of all, 🍭🍭🍭. Second, I have a metal cuticle pusher and when I use it I think it kinda peels the nail itself a little. Is that normal? Great video
no, not normal! your cuticle pusher likely has some sharp edges that shouldn’t be there so id recommended getting another one

Watching with soaking my feet 😍
I think in the past I never scrubbed enough callous off. My heels always cracked and when I would scrub them with whatever tool (I’ve used them all) the crack would just split further. Repeat the soaking is the key. It literally took me 2 1/2 hours of soaking and scrubbing, but my heel is not at all painful and the crack is GONE GONE.
Also Ima always cut my cuticles and if they grow back Ima cut them again
