  • I took a random recipe for sushi from the internet, translated it 60 times, and then translated back to English. and then I prepared it. Fish and wasabi. It's crazier than you think

    Am I the only one who feels like this could potentially have been funnier if they didn't intentionally misinterpret the translated recipe to make it crazier than it already is with things like throwing in a thing of rice bag and all? I think trying to be as accurate as possible and still winding up with a ridiculous outcome would've yielded a slightly funnier video

    As a mad scientist, you can still save those ingredients by: 1) boiling them until rice is cooked, 2) draining them, 3) mincing them in a blender, 4) seasoning them with traditional spice mixes for kababs, and 5) stir frying them until golden brown.
    The model to follow by here is: “so long as it’s not coal or poison, salvage it. If it is coal or poison, repurpose it.”

      Are there restaurants that serve vinegar less sushi? I know that kind of takes the whole point out of sushi, but I'm deathly allergic to vinegar and I would really like to try sushi someday. I went to eat at a Japanese restaurant and someone got an eel cream cheese roll, and it smelled so good.

    • @xarin42
      @xarin42 2 года назад +3

      @@aynDRAWS It's hard to be sure if there is in many of the restaurant sushis I've had. I wouldn't trust them to be sure if I asked either. You could try making it yourself though? It's much easier than this video made it look '^.^ just remember to use a medium grain japanese rice and maybe add some extra salt to the rice. Other than that watch some vids on how to roll it and ask a friend to taste test if it's at least close when you're done. And in case you do decide to actually try, I'll also add that the tighter you roll it the better, and it really is easy, just a bit time consuming and messy.
