World drops are the real exotics nowadays.
Best way to describe them
Always have been. Perfect god roll legendaries always were the stronger pick than most exotics since the beginning of D1. A green machine gun Xerxes c could roll focused fire and two tap kids in pvp that way, it is Xenophage’s father but back then it was horrific to fight because you never were ready before it was too late. And that was just an intriguing green, but yeah, god roll legendaries are rarer than exotics and more effective than a large amount of exotics if it’s a great weapon and one you want to use.
What makes them worse is that both perk columns have at most 10, making the roll you want dropping at around 1% chance
You feel like a god when you get it though, I felt unstoppable when I got my adept rufus's fury roll with the perfect masterwork and both perks.
I think Banshee should get a rework (something like the playlist vendors) that lets you buy/earn the world drops as well as the old craftable seasonal weapons for anyone that missed them
They should just straight up add the Foundry focusing options we had in Plunder and the new weapons with the Field Tested trait. It would still be a good bit of RNG, but it wouldn't feel completely hopeless like it does now.

Yeah I really like the idea of giving players a chance to get the old cartable seasonal weapons. The deep sight harmonizers were a step in a right direction, but I feel like those are something that should be reserved for craftable raid weapons. Like, I feel like newer players (or players that took a break during a particular season) shouldn't have to waste their deep sight harmonizers on weapons from previous seasons (and I'm somebody who hasn't missed a season and has every seasonal weapon crafted. So I'm not just saying that because I'm upset that I missed out on craftable weapons from a particular season or anything like that.).

being able to focus different foundries of weapons back in season 18, and then focusing world weapons in season 19, were some of the best changes bungie made.
I really hate how bloated the world drop pool is now, they REALLY need to break the pool apart and spread it across the open worlds and boom reason to go to those places again.
That and that mf handy deserved to be in the spire dungeon WAAAAAYY more that whatever the the seventh seraph weapons were doing, the auto really? Why not the shotty man
First day of the expansion I got one with adagio and it fucking slaps. Adagio is a guaranteed 2 tap against any resilience and no need to reload since the reload speed is dogshit. This does mean that you need to run backup mag or extended/tactical mag. One of my favorite guns released so far.
Even with a 41 stability roll, this thing FEELS incredible.
The Dire Promise style top break revolvers always feel incredible
I think backup mag is broken on everything, i tried it with most weapons i have, it does exactly what you just showed

@@SayWallahBruhlol, nah, i’ve tried it to scout’s, pulse rifle’s, auto rifle’s and smg’s, i havent tried it with other types, but it may be worse on console with the bug
I dont know why we cant just go to banshee and pick a weapon of our choosing from a long list of weapons. It gives us this bounty-like quest like the guns from the moon and lets us choose from hand cannon, auto etc. Just get kills and or burns with said element to complete it which wont bore you from doing raids to sitting in shuro chi. Bring it back to banshee and boom world drop god roll 120 or garbage roll whatever you get you can can just pick it back up.
PS: i could have sworn we could buy hakke and viest weapons a few seasons ago.
I do enjoy these 120's now that they are more readily available. But at the end of the day, it's the same song and dance with a larger perk pool, when it was already a thing many moons ago. it's safe to say, we need that 180 overhaul to shake things up.
You can snap-skate-icarus dash for another use of the snap-skate tech if you want to instantly get up to top speed. Basically how twilight-titan skate worked.

SLIDE ->
JUMP (while in slide animation) + SUPER (while super is not fully charged) ->
activate BURST GLIDE (ASAP) ->
ICARUS DASH (immediately after)
Once you get the muscle memory down, it is extremely consistent. The only issue you may find is that some keyboard/controller button binds may make it more difficult/convoluted. For instance, the default super bind on console requires both bumpers to be pressed, which requires a whole finger that could be already on another button. I’d recommend some form of bumper-jumper to make things more mechanically viable, as the default configuration would require some precise clawing or pro/scuf controllers. Also, don’t forget you can bind actions to clicking down the left and right sticks, as well as the directional pad, as they are often used for useless binds.
It's not just this gun that has that ammo glitch there are numerous across all archetype
120’s on roller are hit or miss for me granted I’m super picky with HC’s in general but igneous is the only 120 that’s ever felt super great to me at least
If I remember right, the magazine display is just a weird way that the game calculates the "Ammo" stat. Backup Mag doesn't quite bring it up to 11, so it rounds down to 10. I could also be completely wrong.
No you're right it's always been like this and MANY guns have this issue.
@@lanceseaman88 good example are aggressive snipes (and linears) - some require appended mag + mod, some extended + mod to reach 5 (7 for linears)
i know that terminal overload drops a decent amount of world drops so keep that in mind to have a chance to get weapons like these :)
Requires grinding Terminal Overload though, and with the amount of clueless blueberries that do TO, id rather shove my head through a wall
0:34 I’m a skilled controller player and I can confirm 120 on controller are very good. I use igneous hammer with conditional finality a lot
Gunsmith sold a perfect float/adagio roll recently, goes so hard
120's feel pretty good on the sticks but i personally feel it needs more stability for it to feel smooth, low stability 120's feel miserable but 40+ stability on a 120 feels really nice
I feel like with ZM you can go lower on stability on controller, closer to how MNK 120’s are rolled. I’d kill for that roll tho.

I don't know what it is but there's something about the Old Fashioned/Dire Promise model that just makes shooting them feel so crispy.
I feel they should make it so we can farm world drops from public events and every planet has its own rotation of world drop items you can get and making them heroic public events give you a 100% drop chance for 1 drop because at least this way I can actually GET THE DAMN GUNS!
U shoulda picked it up from banshee when it rolled with adagio. Turns it into pre much a 110 (kinda same as zen) but does 104 per bullet without having to reload

Out of everything this season Combined Action is my favorite weapon to come out and there is no way for us to farm it. All the other weapons to come out or come back this season although they look amazing they all feel pretty lack luster, at least to me anyways.
I just want an adagio roll and I haven't even had the weapon drop yet 😞
@@MandrewTheFrog dude adagio has become my new favorite perk for a 120 HC after playing with it. I understand why most people want killclip over adagio but hitting that 104 per crit is just so damn satisfying even though it slows the fire rate. I bought the perfect float/adagio roll from Banshee and have barely been able to take it off since. I would like a zen moment roll though too.
Going for zen moment adagio personally, i think i like not needing to reload for the damage perk and you still 2 tap with 104.
There’s a load of guns that have inaccurate displays when modifying mag size, whether it be extended mag appended or backup

I actually use this weapon w 30 stability on controller and it isn't that hard to use

That's not a bug on mag stat.
Since it is a percentage based stat like they all are it has a lower mag stat so it's mag gains are limited aswell.
Gambit smg only has 25 so backup mag only boosts up to 27.
The new coronach ar has a higher base mag stat for 600 auto so its base is like.. 49 I think?.
Only perk that ignores percentage is tactical mag and adds guaranteed 1 round to magazine.
back up mag is bugged on every weapon btw

You slide and then use your super button to snap cancel and you keep the momentum of your slide into your jump. makes jumping have a lot more velocity right off the start.
The ice shaker is nice, when will you be selling the thug shaker?
As a controller player who likes 120s, its a struggle but once you get used to the recoil they go brazy.

I think the major issue is that world drops nowadays don't drop from the world tbh. They just need their drop rate super buffed or something bc they pretty much don't exist rn

Offhand Strike + Hipfire Grip with Freehand has me hitting max dmg headshots at 45 fucking metres. It's like a 500 magnum Last Word and I love it on Lucky Pants Hunter.

You should most definitely do a Wardens law review! Still the only 120 in the game with pre nerf 120 damage (doing 92 a crit instead of 80). Radiant or rampage X 1 will two tap
I got one with zen moment and timed payload. I didn't know a 120 rpm can roll with that
Banshee has sold a couple useable versions of this. The one i picked up is Tunnel Vision, Kill Clip with Fluted Barrel and a stability masterwork. It's actually got better stats then yours but with TV instead of ZM so don't sleep on Banshee.

I like how the players Wallah is going against in the clips miss all their shots in Trials. When I play trials I'm getting one-shotted by Trinity Ghoul and 450 RPM auto rifles before I can even move my reticle at all.
Both guns are off meta you a skill issue thats it
Banshee sold a Tunnel Vision - Kill Clip roll the other week granted the Handling was ass on the roll but with 61 stability for a 120 i enjoy using it xD

Bungie makes it so difficult to get so players have to grind and grind to get one because the seasonal content is so shallow and full of reskins. At this point D2 is just a cash grab to fund there next big thing, maybe that’s why hardly anyone is playing. Bungie really aren’t doing themselves any favours atm.
I keep getting no distractions/tunnel vision and adagio. Got them all from legend lost sectors. I’m also bad at pvp so they see zero gameplay.
Backup mag incorrection is not just this gun's bug. It present on many other guns, bungie just are either slow as always or just don't give a fuck as usual.
Are you high? Banshee has sold great rolls of this including adagio and eddy current which helps reload after sprinting with high stability and tunnel vision kill clip twice with different masterworks.
Zen moment is useless on the weapon, you will literally get 1 or 2, maybe 3 if you only hit body shots, zen moment increases by one stack for every hit you land, basically it’s better on automatic weapons or sidearms.
I got a world drop called last foray. It’s an aggressive frame sniper with the field tested origin trait. Only thing good on my role is handling mw. I love this model of sniper and wish I could farm for them, but bungie is doing bungie things. Banshee, plz sell a good role. Also banshee, please have an option to get older seasonal weapons so I can craft them
They gave us world drop weapon focusing in plunder. I wouldn't be surprised if they do it again next season.
Video is 3 months old….. I play every day almost…..have yet to get another drop in 3 months. Also ammo is still glitched
